I am trying to sign up to work for your company. I cannot go forward after I complete the identify page where I put in LEGAL NAME, BIRTHDATE, SSN, PICTURE OF DRIVER'S LICENSE. I Have completed the page. But the "NEXT" button does not move me to the next page.

I get an error when trying to submit identity verification info. Firebase storage, string does not match format. data_url must be formatted, storage/invalid format.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Poplin app issues:

Force Stop the Poplin App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Poplin app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Poplin to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Poplin App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Poplin app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Poplin.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Poplin » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
