Not sure

Good evening well yes I did my first order and after thinking out the whole routine and along with the work from my first order I felt as though I did not make what I really should’ve made, in all reality gas fuel is just about five dollars a gallon,so with that being said I’m spending a trip to go and pick up clothes that’s 25 minutes away from my home coming back home, washing the clothes, I wash five loads, from my first order each machine run is a hour I’m working from home, half of the clothes I had to hang up to dry, that took the whole entire day to dry, then folding and putting them back in a bag neatly and hanging them on hangers and bagging them neatly, plus spinning another trip there to drop off in another trip to come back home with all that time I made $42 and spent almost 8 hours all together on five loads of clothes, mind you had to wait for two loads of those clothes to dry because they wanted them hung dry I live in a regular home I live in a regular home clothes don’t dry well in basements.I’m not saying that it’s not worth doing it just does not pay well enough to do and then you have to use your own gas and electric your own laundry detergent and if it’s allogenic that’s another laundry detergent that you have to purchase I’m not making anything it’s considered cheap labor to me not for you to take it personal but this need to be worked a bit more.I am a poor woman with four children that’s not enough money to feed my kids and myself.

VERY low pay, don’t waste your time signing up

I downloaded Poplin and went through all the steps to get an account set up. I thought this would be a great opportunity to make some extra money while being able to stay at home. All of the jobs offered were about 2 bags of laundry and estimate I would make would be $20. I was shocked! I even emailed with the company asking questions to see if this is correct and to see if better jobs or higher pay were offered after you do a few jobs- nope, that’s correct. Charging $1 per pound of laundry and giving the worker who does the laundry $0.75, even if the customer tips very well, it’s not worth it. No way would it be worth driving to someone’s house to pick up, sorting and doing the laundry with my own supplies and then driving the laundry back. The time alone this would take, if doing 2 loads, would be at least 4 hours. If you deduct the cost of the laundry detergent, the bags, gas for your car, the wear and tear on your washing machine/dryer, your electric bill, water bill…..you would profit hardly anything. I’m sorry, my time is definitely worth more than the $1 an hour I’d possibly make. I’ve tried to think about how this would be worth it to someone to do for work……even if you lived in a building where there were multiple washing machines and you could use them for free- I still don’t think you would profit enough for it to be worth your time after you deduct your gas/car costs, supplies, etc.

Notification alerts definitely need improvement

Not sure what is wrong with Poplin , but I actually have the notifications turned on so I can hear new orders come through. So far, that only worked for my 1st 2 orders. Now I get NO notifications even though my app is on and all notifications are turned on. So I missed out on several new orders each time because I don’t hear anything from my phone. It’s like I have to keep Poplin open and stare at my screen and wait for something to pop up before someone beats me to it. Which obviously, who has time to just sit and stare at a screen? It’s not my phone because all my other apps make their normal notification sounds to alert me. This one doesn’t. That’s honestly the only issue I have with Poplin so far. Everything else is pretty easy and self explanatory. Actually, one more thing. Not sure if they have it or not, but does SudShare send out reminders to the customers to please leave a review? I’ve only done 5 orders so far and the last 3 haven’t tipped or left any reviews. It would be nice if they could at least leave a review to help with my points, even if Poplin has to send them a friendly reminder. I’m not even complaining about the lack of tips as it’s not required or expected, (of course definitely appreciated), but a review would really be helpful.

Unfair rating system

I downloaded Poplin a few months ago. It took a while for me to start getting jobs as you receive them based on rank and seniority. When I finally accepted my first job, i followed all the steps and instructions exactly. Picked up the order that night around 8. Washed, dried, and folded everything that night making sure to hit complete in Poplin after doing so. Then packed and delivered everything the next morning. However my customer lied in her review saying her clothes smelled unpleasant as though they had been sitting and that i didn’t return her laundry bags and detergent that she provided. I had taken a picture of the detergent that she provided, a small bottle with just enough to wash her 4 loads of clothes as well as a picture of her laundry bags when i dropped of her order. Despite this, i got -42 points, had my account blocked from receiving any new orders and they won’t even allow me to pay out for the job i completed. I forgot to mention this review came two days after the order was completed and the customer left me a tip for a job well done. I’ve reached out to sudshare support several times with no answer. Poplin is a great idea in theory and i'm sure it does work for some people, but the fact that my entire account can get shut down due a customer lying so they can get a refund and the lack of response on sudshare’s part is very unfair and frustrating.

Easy gig for stay at home mom

I came across sudshare on indeed shortly after having my son. I thought what the heck, I’ll try it and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with this little gig. Of course, it doesn’t pay all my bills but it is good side money considering I’m at home taking care of my son anyways. It’s also been a little slow for me because it wasn’t in my area (until recently) so I was having to drive 30 min the first few months to get orders.

Pros- flexible schedule with days and times you want to work (when an orders becomes available you either accept it or don’t) totally up to you!, work from home besides driving for pickup/drop off, contactless, decent pay plus tips some times, very easy work, no degree required, able to do other things around the house at same time.

Cons- 1099 job so you have to set money aside for taxes, expenses, slow the first few months but does pick up depending on where you live and the demand, some customers are picky, some laundry is yucky (but not often).

Love it!

I’ve been doing this for 3 months now and I love it! There is so much flexibility and the money is decent. You basically get what you put into it, same as with anything. The more jobs you take, the more money you make. It’s up to you if you take a job or not, and how far you’re willing to drive. It starts off slow but can pick up fast depending on your location. And once you get some regulars that request you each time, things get really nice.

Before doing this I was suffering from major depression for about 2 years. I just couldn’t shake it. I was looking for online jobs in my profession (bookkeeping) but there weren’t many and there was a lot of competition. I saw this on Indeed and decided to take a chance. I can honestly say things have gotten much better for me, emotionally (and financially). I’m happy doing this and take great pride in each order I do. It’s therapeutic and calming.

Of course, I’m not currently making what I would for bookkeeping, but I could be if I wanted to do this full time. I’m happy taking it slow and still feel productive. I was on the couch or in bed most days before and now I am ready & happy to go more days than not. I’m not saying this cured my depression but it has helped significantly when nothing else did.

Thank you, SudShare, for creating this opportunity for people like me! If you are looking for work from home that’s easy & legit, then this is for you.

Flexible. Concise. Self explanatory

Poplin itself is self explanatory and simple to navigate. I appreciate that aspect. The introduction videos are helpful and give you all the information that you need to get started working as a sudster. They are very specific about the products that are to be used and I feel like that is to provide a continuity of excellence to customers across the platform with sudshare as a whole. The issues that are being had are actively being worked on and regularly updates are given to us. They are constantly asking for feedback and what types of changes that we, as sudsters, would like to see happen. Sudshare allows to me make money while still being present in my children’s lives, making all appointments and able to take days off whenever I need without repercussions. I enjoy helping others with a task that can sometimes be very daunting. Happy to have this opportunity.

Flexible gig for supplemental income!

SudShare is a gig that works like Uber, just for laundry. As a Sudster, I am able to accept orders when I know I can pick up and deliver timely. The tips are awesome! Sometimes bonuses are offered for hard-to-service orders (if it’s been posted for a while and no Sudster is picking up).
I’m new to this; Bronze level. I can now have three active orders at a time. Can’t wait to get to Silver! I’m excited for the opportunities to earn extra money while doing life. I love the 24hr turnaround but often I have had to remind customers of this because they expect the clothes back ASAP, same day. A Sudster can’t always do that especially for big orders.
The algorithm for points sometimes doesn’t make sense. Example. If a customer doesn’t respond to your message, you lose points. I can’t control their engagement. 🤷🏾‍♀️
Overall, I’m excited about SudShare and have been telling my friends about it.

So thrilled to have stumbled across SudShare

A few weeks ago I was job hunting and came across an ad for this company! Ok, at first I was a little skeptical, I mean how do you work as a laundry attendant remotely???? Well this sparked my curiosity so I dug a little deeper and was intrigued by what I found. Outsourcing laundry! Brilliant!
Personally I find doing laundry to be therapeutic and relaxing. So, I went ahead and signed up! So happy I made that decision! What a great way to earn extra money and do so by choosing your own hours! I will admit there has been the occasional hiccup within Poplin but as soon as Support is aware they are right on top of it! They also take the time to reach out on a individual or personal level to let you know how well you’re doing! It’s the little things like that that will make a world of difference! Thanks SudShare!

Little pay for the amount of work..

I wanted to try this company out, the reviews were great. Got my first customer, 8 bags!! I started the process just like Poplin stated. I came across white towels full of grease, contacted the customer, she’s was very sweet and respectful. I had to send pictures of the stains, took over an hour documenting taking and sending pictures all stains to include blood stains for ONE BAG to the company as they demanded, even after the customer said not to wash them.. I got ZERO response from the company after the messages. A day and a half of separating, DOCUMENTING stains and sending pictures to the company, texting the customer.. I saw the projected pay!!! 48 freaking dollars for a day and a half of work, with an app that’s more of a micromanager and inept responses from support. I spend more money getting the crap they require than the pay that I never got, They didn’t even paid me.. They also expect you to text back while you’re sleeping at night!!! Horrible company, I don’t recommend. They expect you to provide dry clean services for 1 dollar..

Super easy to make money

Jobs are easy to accept and follow instructions.
As long as you don’t mind doing loads of laundry(pun intended) you can do this job. I find the ability to make money when I need to while balancing home life to be important and easy with Sudshare. Being a stay at home/homeschooling mom, this fits right into my schedule and on days that I can’t work, I don’t accept jobs. Discipline and balance is key. It took a few weeks before I was able to get any jobs-due to being new, but I do understand the hierarchy and why it is the way it is. A reward system of sorts. I like the training and support I have received from the company. Thank you for creating a job that helps bring in much needed income when I needed it most. God has provided amazingly. Surprisingly easy, very flexible, a true opportunity to earn great side money

I didn’t know what to expect when I started. I thought I’d give it a shot and wouldn’t lose much if it didn’t work out. I was pleasantly surprised that in my first week, at the lowest rank only allowing one order at a time to start, I made almost $200! It wasn’t as hard as I thought. I was careful to do a good job and Poplin makes it so easy to do a thorough job and to succeed with pleasing customers. Now that I’ve already moved up to the next rank, I’m truly excited to see how much I can make in the coming weeks!
I’d you’ve got a little extra time, take your time to fold laundry neatly, and can communicate politely with customers then you’ll definitely be able to succeed with SudShare!

SudShare for 4 months now

I am so happy to have found this as a side job. I homeschool my kids, and I stay at home. I wanted to find a way to bring in a little extra. Maybe a slight negative is that the amount a customer has might be a bit misleading, (since there is no standard size of 1 bag) but that hasn’t really been a huge problem. This has helped me to save some money and pay for random things. I can work from home without being bothered and most customers are nice and understanding. Also you eventually obtain “regulars”. One other thing- In the preview on Poplin it does say you can get paid instantly, but that doesn’t happen at first. You have to work up to that point. It took me four months.

Richmond va Sudster

I started in October 2020. They explain every detail in the start up process so there are zero surprises. Like every other job there are rules and guidelines to follow and it is fun but you have to do a good job ! This isn’t uber where you just drive there is actually work to be done so if your looking for fast easy money with out doing a good job this isn’t for you. They don’t steal your money but if you don’t do a good job someone else has to fix it and they will get paid for it. Since working here it has open other doors for me I was offered a amazing job being a home aid for one of the customers mother and Now I have been working both jobs for almost 6 months now and it has just been a big blessing

SudShares worth a try

I’ve worked for DoorDash, instacart, Uber, and GrubHub. SudShare has been the best as far as amount of cost to work (gas is high for the other apps), cost of the products I need to work (I spent maybe $40 on detergent, bags, ribbons, etc), tips are higher than I ever received in any other app. Not to mention I get to be home with my family and only have to be a “sudster” when it’s convenient. I’m given plenty of time to get an order finished, and ANY questions I might have can be answered via the million how to videos in Poplin . Plus instead of making $8-$20 on driving all over town, waiting for food, and trying to read my phone and drive… I get paid $25-$100 a job (sometimes more).

SudShare

I have always enjoyed doing laundry but hate the part of putting it away, so this was right up my alley! I get everything washed, dried and folded l, bag everything to be delivered and then the customer gets to deal with the fun of putting everything away!
I love the community of other Sudsters on Facebook, I have found so many helpful ideas from people who have been doing this for a while and it’s things I would have never even thought of! I have found this group of people to be so helpful with any issues you might come across, it’s like a family where everyone is there to assist and make everyone have a good experience!

AMAZING company to work for

I am a stay at home mom and I have a son that has a lot of medical stuff going on. Being able to stay at home and still make money and have a job that allows me to take him to his appointments has been a blessing to my family. He has separation anxiety as well due to being hospitalized and quarantined for 3 months during the beginning of the pandemic so for me that means more to me than this company will ever know. Plus, I am one of those weird people that loves to do laundry it’s actually very calming for me. I had been looking for a work from home job for months and I only wish I had discovered this much sooner.

Bring with SudShare

I actually like helping people. Doing laundry is relaxing and calming. Getting paid weekly is wonderful. The academy lessons are great reminders as to what we should and should not do. The customer support is there and it’s reassuring knowing there is help
if we need it. I love being independent, not punching a time card. Watching TV and doing laundry is fun. I am far from a techie, Poplin is so easy to follow the directions, it alleviated nervousness I had. I’m retired, so my schedule being flexible is very important to me. I am enjoying this very much and recommend it to anyone looking to earn some extra cash while helping people at the same time.

Not a bad gig to have

Rated 4/5 because Poplin itself is a little buggy so you have to be prepared for minor inconveniences like Poplin not working properly to take photos of laundry or when you’re adding the weight of the completed laundry, etc...

Other than that, everything is as expected. Customer service usually responds in a timely manner. As a Sudster, I’m fairly content with the extra $$$ I’m able to make and the way customer service handles concerns.

If you’re wanting to do this full time, you would have to be patient for orders while working adamantly to build your rank. It’s definitely a great gig to have if you’re wanting to make extra $$$ at your own convenience.

Not Sudster Friendly

This business is strictly geared for the client is “right always.” As a Sudster (worker) you will be either wrong or ignored. Not one or twice but multiple times I have emailed Mort or called with no response or acknowledgement. I also found that they not only take a percentage from your regular earnings but also from the TIPS. They get 3 stars because at least you’re making something. Don’t be fooled. These are long hours of hard manual labor. With bonuses if you’re lucky you could make minimum wage...$150-maybe $300 a week working 4-6 days non stop. Just remember how much you’re spending also on your products. I am in Maryland I don’t know if this available anywhere else.

Wow... Easy Way To Make Money

Love this service. I decide when and where I want to pick up laundry and deliver it the make day. And I get paid immediately. I usually pick laundry on the way to work or on the way home and drop off the washed laundry the next day. Why not make money the convenient way! Thanks,

By

Don’t use them

You won’t find out until you’ve done several awful jobs that your not going to be paid. SudShare is stealing from the employees. After you buy items you specifically need to complete the job. After you’ve used your gas to get to a clients homes, after you wash 3-4 loads of gross laundry, fold so nice & get it back on time that you’ll see you won’t get paid the same day, you won’t ever get paid at all. Please for you health & financial well being employees & customers don’t use this company. Their lying about their business practices & stealing from everyone.

Best App I’ve used in a long time!

This is definetely one of the best apps I’ve encountered recently. Everything about Poplin feels fresh, dynamic and new. Thanks for this amazing tool and thanks for updating it constantly!

By

Great way to make money.

I love this job so much! This is the most flexible job ever. I can work whenever I want and accept however many orders I want. It’s so convenience and simple. Great app design BTW.

By

Just like they promised

I made good money working from home doing laundry. Simple. Easy to do. App is easy to use. They paid immediately. I had no problems

By

Uploading pics

Fairly new to Poplin as a worker. About two weeks in. I have had to delete and redone load Poplin at least 4 different times now bc it either wouldn’t open or wouldn’t upload a pic. Other than that no problems

By

Sudster and loving it

I have enjoyed being a full time college student able to set my own work schedule!

By

Better than Uber

Better money than Uber and I can work from home. Super easy way to make money.

By

You’ll get shut down in no time

I got one complaint about the clothes smelling like smoke , and the whole thing about it is I don’t smoke and I live alone . They don’t even tell you they closed your account until you ask them why you haven’t been paid. Not worth it.

By

Super Convenient & Helpful

Love that I can make money from home by helping others. Super easy to use. Thanks!!

By

Great! But Needs Improvements

Great side hustle! Needs more bonuses and a way to contact the customer immediately outside Poplin . Also needs funds for washing and drying the clothes, not everyone uses home laundromats!

By

Easiest way to make money

Love Poplin. So professional and good pay for easy fun work.

Not in my area

Not in my area :(

I Have contacted support at least 10 times over the last 2 days and have not heard one word about my issue. All i received were canned emails. There is no support for workers. I have tried calling the customer support number just to get a human and there is a message that says they aren't taking calls. What is a person supposed to do???

Zachary Collins   1 year ago

Hello, my name is Zachary C. I have been a sudster since Dec 2021 I believe. To give some background about me. I am a single full time parent to a 2 year old born March 2021. That has been the biggest blessing of my life even more so after loosing a child in March 2020. Although her mother is in the picture I am the one with completely responsibility for everything. 24-7 it’s all one me as well as every dollar it takes to raise her. I don’t get any financial support either from her mother. I have been so greatly blessed for this company and what it has allowed me to do. Which is be with my daughter during her younger years while she learns to grow and speak and become the person she will be. I have used this job to pay my rent and almost all of my bills for the last 5 months. This week without anyone communicating with me or letting me know my account was put under investigation for a order being delivered late. I have more than reasonable expectation for why it was late. I was in contact with all my customers the whole time and everyone was completely understanding. One customer reached out to CS about this but they were still understanding and even still tipped me. After realizing I wasn’t getting order and my account was shut down i than started reaching out. I spoke with someone who insured me it would be back in 24-36 hours after the order was delivered so I was feeling much better. Just to add I had 600$ on my account that was for my rent that I was not able to send out to my bank account because of this I had to pay my rent late for the first time ever. I sent easily 20 emails to support begging for someone to help me with getting my money and to speak to someone further about my account. After getting little to no response I got an email saying my account was disabled and wished me luck. I never was able to even explain to someone other than the person who promised my account would be back up and working in 24-36 hours why the order was late. I never got to speak to anyone and after they deactivated my account they also block your email so you can’t reach them. Which is why I’m posting here. This has been so devastating I can’t begin to explain it. I have many many regular customers who love me and are reaching out to me trying to understand what’s going on and why I haven’t accepted there order. I have had a few late orders but with them late orders I have always always made it right with the customer. I have had delivered late to have a customer still request me the next time. I have never been significantly late and I have never not communicated everything to my customers the whole time. I just can not believe that this is the way anything was handled and I am really praying that someone will see this and talk to me further. This last month my mental health has been not my normal as the month of March just isn’t easy for me so I know I wasn’t on top of my service the way I normally am but i surly wasn’t doing a disservice either. I hope someone will see this and get in contact with me I am Zachary C from New Jersey and I am in the top 10% of the year. If someone doesn’t get in contact I just will say thank you for what you provided me during my time with you. Which was time to grieve and time to be with my child who needed the extra love from a parent at this time in life.

Wage theft, no support line for the workers, no protection or extra precautions for the employees so the customers don’t have room to complain. They don’t listen to there employees they don’t even have a real support line to help someone with there problems. And if a customer says that something was wrong they are fully refunded. That refunded money came out of my check my entire check. And nothing has been done to further compensate me no apology or nothing just lies and deceit. Please do not work for these people please

Horrible Company 🤷🏽‍♀️ I Might Switch To Laundry Care or Push Laundry. 1. Customers get to lie about things that aren’t even true and for that we get points/star ratings deducted. 2. We only get paid 75 cents a pound & They take some of your Tips. 3. App is glitchy not only with the white blank screen, But with the notifications 📣 and also some customers request you but your not able to see their notifications and when you do it to late they are not sitting in the app no more. 4. Customer Service Sucks ( They do not help you resolve anything ). 5. We have to buy own supplies & They don’t pay for gas ( We Do ! ). A lot of other Things but believe when you read other people reviews on here that SudShare do ( Lie & Steal ). They do exactly just that !!! 🤦🏽‍♀️

S.J.   1 year ago

You only get paid .75 cents per lb plus tips (if customers decide to tip). You will spend money on laundry detergent and other laundry supplies. You will not get reimbursed for your expenses. You will not get reimbursed for gas or mileage. Anything u spend is a tax write off. You wont see any profit unless you have multiple customers who tip well. Otherwise avoid this company. You’re better off driving for UberEats or DoorDash.

Sheri   1 year ago

You only get paid .75 cents per lb plus any tips (if customer decides to tip). You supply your own detergent and laundry materials. You will not get reimbursed for gas or for miles driven. You will not make any money, you will spend more than you make. You’re better off delivering for UberEats, DoorDash or GrubHub. You will make more by the hour.

What you get paid is a joke. $22 for 2 loads? You have go to be kidding me. This company needs to value employees over customers. I mean its a GREAT deal for the customers thats for sure.

BE AWARE before signing up for this company. I was hopeful, ambitious, excited, and motivated to start working for SudShare. I loved the idea of having the flexibility to work from home at my own pace. However, the reality was: This company is an absolute scam. You waste your time and energy for pennies. On top of it, they have the audacity to criticize your work, when they should be GRATEFUL they even have a single employee working for them!!! This company is absolutely brainwashing - they try to instill into your mind that you'll make "$20-$30 an hour" or that it's "Good Money" - and I'll tell you what... I made $75 (plus as $25 fee I added due to unsanitary conditions of this ladies laundry - so $95 )after doing a WEEKEND worth of laundry (100lbs), buying expensive detergent, ribbon, bags, and name tags required by the company (and a scale too if you don't already have one - ALL to which is NOT reimbursed to you), driving 25 minutes each way to pick up, bring back to my house, then drop off with gas prices at almost $5 per gallon, wasting my electric and gas bill, and also WASTING MY TIME FOR NO INCOME. This company claims it protects Sudsters (washers) from unsanitary laundry - which is COMPLETELY false. Let me tell you something, IT IS NOT worth potentially bringing something into your home (BED BUGS, LICE, COCKROACHES, ETC.!!!) This ladies laundry I picked up was DISGUSTING - I mean ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Going back to the very beginning, I want to also address how misleading this company is. Before you go to pick up an order, they tell you how many bags you'll have to wash. The order I picked up said "3 bags" for an estimated payout of $90. Well, to me that didn't sound bad - as I figured it would be three standard laundry baskets worth of laundry... When I got there, after driving 25 minutes, I was dumbfounded... These bags were ENORMOUS and extremely heavy. I'm talking 40-60lb bags. I was so upset. I couldn't cancel the order, as SudShare states once you accept the order, you have to proceed or basically the app will fire you. I figured I would proceed, as this was my first order with Sudshare, but the nightmare continued and worsened as the order went on. While sorting out her laundry, there was a mound of sand dumping all over my floors to begin with - the laundry smelled TERRIBLE as if it was sitting out for a while. It was damp, musty, filled with pet hair. There were bottle caps and wrappers (to which could have damaged my washer and dryer) ---- THEN, as if that wasn't bad enough, there was a LIGHTER in my washer after doing one of her loads, THEN A WET BABY DIAPER within her laundry ---- TALK ABOUT DISGUSTING. I had to literally disinfect my entire basement and it took so long to get the STENCH of her nasty laundry out of my house. So gross!!!!! To say the least, I was infuriated when I reached out to customer service. They made me negotiate the fee with the customer for her unsanitary laundry. The client has to "accept" the fee or it can't be added. I think this is disgusting. This company literally doesn't give a crap about it's employees. They don't protect us at all. They don't care. They don't pay. THEN they had the audacity to state that my laundry "wasn't folded" in the delivery picture. My account was "flagged" and given a warning. I almost spit my water out of my mouth. I literally organized this lady's laundry into categories and tied them with ribbon so they wouldn't fall out everywhere when she opened the bag. You couldn't see through the bags clearly enough at all to make that judgement. They just accused me without looking further into the situation at all - to which their accusation was also completely false. This company is lucky to have anyone working for it. I literally can't say enough bad things about this company. My experience was so terrible. This company needs to be literally shut down. It's not even equivalent to the minimum wage when it's all said and done. For anyone thinking about signing up for Sudshare, GOOD LUCK!!!! You aren't making the profits. The COMPANY is.

Waste of gas! It’s volunteer work at its best! I am an independent worker through the SudShare platform and it has proven to be biased and dismissive of their workers! Not only do customers NOT pay for their laundry completely, they are allowed to negatively review you several times. With only a week on the app I have backpedaled and spent more than I could be compensated 😩 They limit you to how much assistance you can get through a chat window, it takes all of the available chats to rectify 1 situation...I will NEVER recommended this app and will review it on EVERY website possible to warn others of this rip off! The economy is already taking a hard hit, but to slave drive your workers and allow them to be slandered and business negatively affected is just plain unfair! BEWARE of SUDSHARE!!!

Sudshare is a scam! I understand you need the extra income but do not waste your time. *customers have unrealistic expectations- you drive miles to pick up laundry, sometimes the bags are extremely heavy and you have to take them down stairs/elevators. You’re only required to provide tide detergent but customers emphasize that they love to smell softener strongly and they want dryer sheets to be used. In order to get a positive rating you’re forced to provide these things, not to mention plastic bags, bows and name tags to “uphold company standards” all at your expense. *unfair rating system- customers get to rate your service, majority of the time it’s the people with the most absurd request that don’t tip. Laundry is disgusting and gross, I wouldn’t encourage anyone to use their washer/dryer at home. Customers will lie on you and abuse the insurance portion of the app. When that happens sudshare believes “ the customer is always right” they’ll immediately hold your payments, yes the hard earned money you SLAVED for at your expense. They’ll pretend like they’re investigating for a few days and then they’ll remove money from your account and give it to their beloved customer. The leaders of sudshare are extremely unprofessional. They are not above the law!

Horrible company to work for. Customer service is a complete joke. They give u 60 seconds to accept an order before its automatically booted off to someone else including the customers who specifically request u in the app. They lie, cheat and steal. They promote acts of bribery to get more money. Sudshare loves to punish its workers for anything and everything. U have to respond back to every single message sent by the customer within 1 hour of receiving it even if they send a message in the middle of the night while ur sleeping. If u don’t respond they deduct massive amounts of hard earned points. They deduct points if ur customer either doesn’t tip u or doesn’t leave a big tip, which is BS if u ask me. They take a huge portion of the fee the customer is paying and give the workers the rest. I’ve had customers complain to me about how the app asks them to tip as if it’s just expected. Forcing customers to tip is ultimately what gets us NO TIP at all. If there is a complaint about something they do not investigate at all. They automatically deem u guilty and hand out the maximum punishment possible. U r not allowed to defend yourself period. They flat out do not care about u. It’s all about the money honey. They deactivated my account due to a conversation with a customer that had nothing to do with Sudshare or laundry and they took a small piece of it and twisted it around. They revoked his payment from balance right before terminating me. It took me forever to figure out what was going on because I still was getting notifications about open orders which several of them were personal request orders from my repeat customers which they ended up booting them off to someone else which cost me to lose quite a bit of money not to mention I had over $400 worth of earnings sitting in my account for the work I’d done this week and they shut off my ability to retrieve my money. They also claim they reserve the right to not only without any earns but to take ur banked money if they choose to. So just beware of that. I’m supposed to b getting my money paid out on Friday and it better show up in my bank account because if it doesn’t this company will absolutely positively regret every decision it’s ever made when it comes to screwing over its workers. I will burn this company straight to the ground if they steal my $400 earned money. NOT TRUSTWORTHY~NOT WORKER FRIENDLY~PROMOTES BRIBERY~CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A BUNCH OF ILL PROGRAMMED ILLITERATE ROBOTS~HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR !!!

I currently just started with SudShare. I completed a customer clothing. He provided the Gain pods , softener and sheets . First I was contacted by SudShare not to deliver his clothing because his card declined . Finally the next day his card went through. I delivered his clothing. He left a poor review stating his clothing didn’t smell like the detergent he provided! Really ? I used his detergent and folded his clothing so well . Guess what? I was penalized! I’m done !

I had 1 order to the customer Tina in Springfield Ohio. Lied and said that laundry wasn’t folded and smelled like smoke. She had the audacity to say when she dog hair all on her clothes and holes on all her clothes and stains. But sudster hasn’t paid me after I brought all the materials I needed for the job I couldn’t have just saved my money and gas and went DoorDash with a company that pays their employees. SudShare are some crooks.

They do not treat their employees well at all. You drive super far to make $30 after you spent money on gas, laundry detergent, clear bags which you can't find anywhere, and hangers etc because they are not provided. I was given an order that was extremely unsanitary. Ended up taking the order to the laundromat because I did not want to wash my children's clothes in that washer after it was used to wash urine, vommit, and feces heavily soiled on bedding and towels. With washing 4 loads and drying, gallon of bleach, and a whole $10 container of detergent I got paid 15 with tip. It cost me $20 at the Landry mat $15 in supplies and $10 in gas to get to this man's location. I emailed support about the issue and I received 0 response they should be more accepting and helping of their employees when it comes to items like this I'm going to be following a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I am not reimbursed from my laundromat cost and the supply cost

I saw sudshare’s post on the internet. My brother in law is ill at home and requires 24/7 care we need good reliable laundry service! We called for pickup in the Bronx. No response no pickup. Sudshare if your company is having problems please release my sister’s info she trusting gave you on Sunday 9/12/21. I feel bad that I recommended your service to her for her husband who is ill.

I've been working at SudShare for a few weeks now, and overall, it's honestly pretty great. It's a fairly new startup, so there are a few minor glitches every so often, but the system as a whole runs quite well, and the company culture is very supportive. You will sometimes get frustrating customers, but as long as you can deal with that okay, you should be fine. It's not for everyone of course, and you should be aware of that going it, but if you enjoy doing laundry at (for the most part) your own pace, Sudshare is legit, imo.

I worked with the app since May, only got 2 orders close enough to my address to do. The last order I got I received an email about my account being closed. I spent over $20 of my own money to do it and there were POOP in the underwear…… and rips in the butt part. VERY strange and GROSS. No human should HAVE to do that especially when my 4yr old daughter was with me and could have touched it. There’s no way to cancel an order so I decided to do it anyway then The app says you have until 8 PM to drop it off. I told the man that it was going to take me longer then 3PM To bring them to him he rushed me and HAD TO HAVE THEM by 4. So as a result they were still slightly damp and that’s why I’m not getting paid AT ALL. This is just shocking during covid time and you wouldn’t think a company would treat anyone as bad.

Piece of fucking shit company they steal from workers and dont respond to any messages or calls. The phone number to call is literally a dead number. You will be shut down and you will not be paid and there is nothing you can do. Fuck you sudshare if i ever find out who works for them i will make their life hell personally

What a great concept but horrible company, app and support! Happy to have let many people in my area and my clients know, how disgusting of a company this is!

David   2 years ago

They don’t care about anyone but the client. You work your ass off to help someone, spend your ass driving over 40miles, kiss their ass and they'll still throw you under the bus.

I HAVE PROOF THAT SUDSHARE GIVES INCENTIVE TO EMPLOYEES WHO WRITE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THEY WILL TRY TO DISCREDIT/BURRY THIS REVIEW. I HAVE PROOF THAT THEY BLOCKED ME AND OTHERS ONLINE WHEN WE ASKED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order with SudShare on 06/28. It was picked up a few hours later. Everything was fine til the next day. The Sudster was on his way to drop off my laundry at 7PM. At 8PM he said he'd be a tad late. 8PM is the last hour a Sudster is meant to drop off laundry according to SudShares website. Between 8:30PM-11PM, the Sudster stopped responding. Worried, I called the customer service number. No answer. The Sudster dropped my laundry off at 11:30PM, gave me a bullcrap excuse about how he was in a traffic stop the whole time. He said he has one of my jackets and would come back the next day to return it. He didn't say why he kept it, nor did he ask me if it was okay to come back. I'm fearful - a random incompetent individual has my address and thinks its ok to come by any time. My laundry smelled like he washed it in a swamp. It was wet, mildewed, and devoid of detergent scent. The Sudster washed them in plain water, didn't dry them, and had them in his car all day. Next day on 06/30, I called SudShare again. No answer. I sent a text requesting they refund me the $25 + a payment for my stolen jacket per their Garment Protection Program. $250 worth of my clothes ruined, I was robbed for a jacket AND my clothes were dropped off extremely late. Over email, I was told I would only receive a $25 SudShare credit and to place a new order so a new SudSter could rewash the clothes, then they would give me ANOTHER $25 SudShare credit to replace the extra money spent. Am awful offer because I obviously never plan to use their service again. I can't buy a jacket replacement with SudShare credits, and didnt feel comfortable letting another Sudster touch my laundry. They didnt care that their employee was unprofessional, untimely, creepy, didn't care that my clothes were wrecked, or that he robbed me. I thought to myself “There HAS to be someone who can help”. I called 5 more times before realizing Sudshare's number was spoofed! It’s a dead number, it'll never be answered. I think it doesn't even ring on their end. Fuming, I went to SudShares Instagram, left a comment on their most recent pic summarizing my issue, asking that someone reach out so everything could be resolved. THEY BLOCKED ME! I signed into my other account, DM’d them, and was blocked AGAIN! I had 11 friends leave comments asking them to stop treating their customers (me) like cow crap. All were blocked. Comments were removed. They began ignoring my emails so I found a Sudster on Instagram to help me. She said even EMPLOYEES can't get in touch with them on the phone. She gathered all my proof, posted it to a group on Facebook called SudShare for Sudsters, asking for help. I left comments on their official Facebook page and they were deleted! 15 mins later, they removed her post, kicking her from the group. I sent one more email threatening legal action and was ignored. To collect more screenshots from my chat with the Sudster I went on the app and instead, found that the chat was gone because my account was disabled. I can no longer access my receipt or chatlog, and if they ever do give me credits for my order/stolen jacket, I cant access it. After 3 washes my clothes still reek of river/mold. Defeated, I posted all my screenshots online to warn others about SudShare. People are disgusted with how I was treated. A different Sudster showed me in the aforementioned Facebook group, the owners of SudShare are bribing employees to post fake positive reviews to improve their company image. On 07/02 they refunded $25 to my card AFTER my posts got traction. That's not enough. I’m STILL missing a stolen jacket + have to replace $250 of ruined laundry. I'm pained emotionally and financially from how this situation was handled. NEVER use SudShare. Read their positive reviews closely, they're mostly all the same. For your own sake, assume they're all illegitimate. I have proof of everything. I'm willing to provide proof to anyone who asks.

SudShare is good until you get 2 big bags of clothes that are actually worth 6 big bags which are 5 loads of laundry and drive 30 mins to get paid 20 dollars. They should make sure their customers aren’t stuffing the bags to make them seem lighter in the app.

Courtney Caple   2 years ago

I just started SudShare. I did my first order today. I know the customster lied. She claimed the laundry was not fresh and it was damp. I know for a fact the laundry was fresh, I used the detergent provided by the customer, Kaitlin, Garner NC. Also, the clothes were 100% dry. It took me from 11am until 7pm to do this familes disgusting laundry. It's crazy that this company keeps your full pay. I understand no tip if the customer isnt satisfied but I worked hard manual labor, used my own resources and will recieve nothing. This company is definitely not employee focused. Learned my lesson will never work for such a bogus company ever again.
