Running latest IOS on iPhone and app just keeps shutting down. I believe this is due to the latest update possibly? Help!

I have send you email 2 days before regarding abvoe problem, but still not yet received your reply, please double check and try to help and resolve your website problem and let me can transfer all the photos from my iPhone to my Computer.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AirMore app issues:

Force Stop the AirMore App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AirMore app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AirMore to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirMore App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AirMore app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AirMore.

Fix AirMore unable to contact server/ AirMore internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AirMore » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AirMore » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
