- May have issues with transferring large amounts of files

- May freeze when using Siri while listening to music

- Recent update caused crashes when playing non-iTunes music

- Some songs may sound higher pitched than on other devices

- Cannot import from Google Drive or Dropbox.

Running latest IOS on iPhone and app just keeps shutting down. I believe this is due to the latest update possibly? Help!

How to fix AirMore app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirMore app on iPhone
Update AirMore app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirMore iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirMore on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirMore network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AirMore Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AirMore not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AirMore App
1. On android, goto Settings » AirMore » click [Force Stop]

Update AirMore to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirMore App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AirMore » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AirMore.

Fix AirMore unable to contact server/ AirMore internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AirMore » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AirMore » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirMore
