How to fix Nemours app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nemours app on iPhone
Update Nemours app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nemours iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nemours on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nemours network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nemours Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nemours not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nemours App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nemours » click [Force Stop]

Update Nemours to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nemours App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nemours » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nemours.

Fix Nemours unable to contact server/ Nemours internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nemours » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nemours » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Nemours
