Love this place. My kids have been to other pediatricians in the past and others have never noticed conditions my kids had. Dr. Miller at this app noticed my youngest back was not right during his 1st physical exam with her and referred us out to a this app orthopedic where they discovered scoliosis of my 5- now 7 year old. The scoliosis was bad enough he has to wear a brace. My middle son always had stomach issues that other pediatricians never addressed. Dr. Miller referred my middle son to a GI at this app where they did endoscopy and discovered acid reflux along with a rare condition called: CSID - where your body can’t break down sugars. Why didn’t other pediatricians notice these symptoms in my kids before and refer them out? Anyway, Iam just so so happy I found this app and this app has been able to help my kids... They have helped my kids so much and Iam very thankful . Staff is wonderful all the way around. Highly recommend this app

My son was switched to this app after being told he had a cold and he’d get over it and as soon as his Dr seen him, she said he was having a full blown asthma attack! She taught me what to look for, what to listen to, and she got him admitted before we even stepped in the hospital doors! My daughter goes as well and they have been More then Wonderful with her health problems as well and have even seen us late night when something went wrong. I love Nemours because if I have a concern I can send pictures or messages immediately and be told wether its an emergency or if it can be handle at home.

Very pleased with the online doctor video visit. Having that option during a busy time of year with the holidays is incredibly reassuring. Being able to also be home is another bonus. Both my husband and I are sick, so having a child who is sick makes it really nice to know we can hop online and speak face to face with a doctor who can see and observe our child. Please don’t ever get rid of this care option. It is a lifesaver for a parent like myself who gets panic stricken during times like this. Your services are very much appreciated by this family. Thank you!!

Nemours has been very helpful monitoring all my daughter’s care team and the notes they send to keep me updated with their observations. The Doctors have made sure that my insurance would cover the procedures they are requiring for my daughter’s care. They inform me if it will be covered and what my potential out of pocket cost may be. Nemours has listed all my child’s futuristic appointments and keeps me connected to the doctor that we will be meeting with her. It lists all the recommended events that will occur on the specified date.

I thought this service was excellent at first. Saw a doc quickly, sign up was quick, and doc was nice. I paid before my son was ever seen. However, FIVE months later I got a bill for the exact amount I paid saying now payment had been made on account. I tried calling the billing office a couple times it was very limited hours and closed for lunch. I finally got someone on the phone and they were very short with me and then hung up on me. I called back and got another person who wanted to me email over a copy of my credit card statement as proof I paid and told me that this happens often when you pay through Nemours . I’m still working on getting it straight. Will never use Nemours again.

Nemours continues to be updated frequently! They also take into consideration feedback from Nemours users! We sometimes get back test results faster than the staff, which helps us that are less patient! They also have made test results easier to understand by defining each test. It also helps to keep track of upcoming appointments for all of the kids and you can message your care team! It’s a huge help if you go to the hospital as often as we do!

I love Nemours it’s convenient everything is there if you having a hard time getting through with someone over phone Nemours is the best way to communicate with drs and nurses to get a prescription refill or reschedule a appointment everything is right there in front of you notes excuse notes summary on the visit when you was at the appointment I love it a quick way to prove to your job to say hey look I was there with my child very easy to use don’t have to worry bout losing paperwork

App is very useful, and maintains a full list of all virtual and in person interactions with the this app system. We’ve used it for virtual visits in-app and it’s worked well. Nemours has also received significant updates in the 2 years I’ve been using it.

The UX is good though not always intuitive, and to access particular pieces of information you often need to navigate through multiple nav menus. The load times for each view are frequently slow, so finding what you need can take a while.

Daughter had an earache was about to do teledoc I logged on to the this app app and saw you can do video appointments right there through Nemours so so simple…. then my pharmacy’s system was down and couldn’t fill any prescriptions so I went back to Nemours saw I could request a refill at a different pharmacy and I could write a comment to let them know why and within 2 hrs on a Saturday my message was viewed and the new pharmacy had my order couldn’t get easier then that!!!!

An organizer’s dream of a portable office keeping track of appointments (including locations/contact info), communication to/from the medical community, a way to keep medical background on the patient, appointment reminders and more. I like that I can pre-fill information rather than having to do it at the office. The only weakness I see is that I’d rather have the “to do” portion more prominent as it I tend to (and did until recently) ignore it as the layout suggests it’s merely in option when there’s actually some very useful information in it. Great app!

We have been receiving care from this app Children’s Hospital since July from several different departments and I can not stress enough the excellence of service. The appointments run as scheduled. The doctors and supporting staff make you feel as if your child is their main concern. They interact not just with the parent but also the child. By building the relationship with the child it really lowers the degree of fear for the child and the anxiety of the parent.

If it weren’t for Nemours, I would be in and out of doctors offices and random ER visits all the time. What I love the most about Nemours is its feasibility. It’s so easy to use, even when we’ve been awake all night with a very sick baby. I love that Nemours is a big hug hub for everything I need: messages, doctor video visits, contact information for help, documents, results, reminders, and SO MUCH MORE.

I am very pleased with Nemours. I have 4 children so I can do everything needed at time of visit on Nemours in my home. Now at a physical visit I can give my child/children my main attention. I have been able to fill out forms, have online visits, get my answers fast, there is knowledgeable information if one does not know medical terminology. One can view medical files and who the doctors are. Nemours makes everything transparent and organized. Thank this app.

Nemours is very user friendly and I’m not the most techie person! How the features are organized are practical and easy to use. It just took a few minutes to read through the items I was looking for and I was even able to email the physician a thank you note directly. Super useful and way better than their previous Care Connect. Smart app.

When Nemours doesn’t work, don’t bother calling the help desk, especially on a weekend. The only thing they can do is send an “escalation” email, which will not be reviewed until the next business day. And, if Nemours is broken because of tech work that takes it offline, they wont necessary know unless. How is that possible for a technical help desk? They wont provide any other information until you provide name, phone number, address, child’s name, child’s DOB. That seems completely unnecessary to address a technical problem that Nemours doesn’t work and wont load (neither will the website).

We’ve only been using Nemours for 6 weeks but the communication with and organization of Nemours is amazing. Everything is at our fingertips and the doctors are so quick to respond. We’re able to see everything that was discussed at our visits as well and we are really pleased with everything so far.

I have used this multiple times for various reasons - scheduling visits, urgent video visits, see health info. I like that the information is available after hours in my finger tips. The only thing that doesn’t work is getting medical advice on messages despite Nemours having an option to ask medical questions and uploading relevant pictures. In this case we’ve always been told to call urgent care or schedule video visits.

It does take a few minutes to set up when you first sign in, but after you link your children to your account, it’s great to see upcoming appointments, look at past info, easily access school notes, and for my 8 year old, I can easily track when we use her inhaler to help her pulmonologist. Just started using Nemours but so far it’s great and well laid out!

Very nice being able to make apts on Nemours and also message someone if needed. I haven’t seen it so maybe it is an option but from what I can tell when
You request an appointment you get one apt time and can’t change it to a different time, unless you message and ask for a different one. Even with that I do love Nemours and prefer use it.

The this app App downloads quickly, very easy to use and keeps you connected with your healthcare provider. You are able to schedule appointments, send/receive messages with the doctor, view past appointments, view health records/chart and have a video visit with your doctor without leaving the house. I would highly recommend to anyone in the this app family.

Great app from this app. Finally all digital access I need is right there in one single app. From scheduling/canceling appointment to on demand online doctor visit, most useful information on dashboard to direct messaging to providers, appointments and medications reminders and much more.

We love Nemours! My son has completed 6 months of chemo. Nemours is the easiest way to contact my doctor, check lab results and know when our follow up appointments are. It’s made this whole process much easier!

It’s so easy to keep track of all my kids health information. I’m able to send and receive messages with any issues I might be having with my kids.

This is a very good and consolidated app that helps me track my daughters appointment, reminders, communicate with her Drs and briefings from her appointment with literature of treatment steps.
