Close and restart the Hippo Magic app on iPhone
Update Hippo Magic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hippo Magic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hippo Magic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hippo Magic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hippo Magic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hippo Magic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hippo Magic App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hippo Magic » click [Force Stop]

Update Hippo Magic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hippo Magic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hippo Magic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hippo Magic.

Fix Hippo Magic unable to contact server/ Hippo Magic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hippo Magic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hippo Magic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
