How to fix Nuage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nuage app on iPhone
Update Nuage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nuage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nuage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nuage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nuage Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nuage not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nuage App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nuage » click [Force Stop]

Update Nuage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nuage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nuage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nuage.

Fix Nuage unable to contact server/ Nuage internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nuage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nuage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
