Audible loads and crashes immediately edited on Iphone 13. I tried rebooting. I closed background apps. I checked and I'm running Rhe latest version of audible. I've been listening for many years. This just started today I have plenty of storage. Help I cannot use the audible app. Please advise. I have 10 years of monthly nooks in my library. The app just started playing books in slow speed. Just started within the last 2 days. Restarted my iPhone, closed all open apps, removed the app from main screen, but nothing works. Need some help.

How to fix Audible app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Audible app on iPhone
Update Audible app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Audible iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Audible on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Audible network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Audible Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Audible not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Audible App
1. On android, goto Settings » Audible » click [Force Stop]

Update Audible to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Audible App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Audible » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Audible.

Fix Audible unable to contact server/ Audible internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Audible » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Audible » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
