Hello, when I start up the app on my screen it works fine but, it refuses to close. if I do a close all command it refuses. It is always running.
When I turn on the app it cannot load a map. I tried to load one from favorites but times out. It goes by so fast I can’t get the error number. When I start it, the robot only cleans the last rooms selected. Not even a whole house cleaning to reset the map.
The 360robot app is not working, loading, or connecting. Therefore, cannot connect to the robot itself. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks. We have removed and reuploaded the app multiple times and the wireless connection is working. Please advice
