The app is complete garbage I will not allow me to login on wifi anymore.
Hi, After the recent upgrade, the mop function is not working. The water tank is in position properly, but water does not come out of the tank. Have checked the hole from where water supposes to come, that is also clean. Please let me know what might be the issue here.
After downloading app I try to sign on. App instructions are poor. I input my email address to the app sign on, I then press send on the Email Captcha. Verification code then produces a code in alphabetic letters. The app asks me to input the Captcha code, but the app only provides numbers (123 etc) and not alphabetic letters. (ABC etc). I reinstalled the app, after deleting the first one. After reinstalling the app it gave me numbers in the verification code and I entered the numbers into the line, nothing happens. I tried to get a new set of numbers and it gave me a new set of numbers to enter. I entered the new set of numbers and it did the same thing....................nothing. I tried one more time and this time it gave me a new verification code, in alphabetic letters, it asked again for me to enter the verification code, but only allows me to enter numbers and I have an alphabetic verification code again, so again, no way to enter the code. Now I am angry and will try one more time.........if this does not work I will return the robotic vacuum to Amazon tomorrow.
The Robot is going completely insane. Spinning in all directions on the floor and bumbing into sharp corners...i have tried to re start it. problem persists.
Good Evening, I just upgrade my iPhone 7 to iPhone 12 Pro and the 360Robot app will not open. I’ve tried removing it and reinstalling it. No luck. Please advise. Thanks.
I have had the 360 robot for over a year. Seemed to work well, but all of a sudden yesterday it logged me out of the app and it keeps rejecting the security code it texts me. Then it tells me the account doesn't exists. Very frustrating and now I can't use it.
Bought s5 robot but it keeps going offlinr can you n help i dont want to reboot everyday this sucks please advise. Jwrobel69@redacted 9498139664

The app itself could use some updates I have noticed recently that it starts lagging it takes about 30 seconds for the vacuum to respond after I hit clean and then I have to exit out of the app and re-enter the app just to get any form of the map to update stuff like that i’ve uninstalled reinstalled also they need to really fix where it will log you out of the app on your other device such as your iPad I can’t tell you how many times I have to either log back into my phone or on my iPad depending on which device I use for the app I’ve never experienced that with any other robot maker but this one it will log you out of your other device

The app works fine when connected, however, don’t lose your password. All attempts to reset are met with “Network Exceptions” for SMS reset requests and a blank page for “Try Another Way” attempts (presumably email reset). Also, it would great to choose the notifications received. It’s all or nothing, for instance, I don’t need to be notified each night when the device enters “quiet mode”. Also, would love the app renamed for EN users. Not sure if Apple App Store supports Multi-Language names, but it would make searching for it easier. Admittedly these two last items are trivial, but when you have the microphone, you say what needs to be said. Love the vacuum itself, just need the app fine tuned.

I’ll start off with saying that I absolutely LOVE the 360 S7. It works well, navigates efficiently, cleans effortlessly, is fairly quiet, battery lasts a long time, etc. However the app is TERRIBLE. It constantly times out when I try to use any of the function buttons. It is extremely slow to respond to button pushes, about 2/3 of the time it doesn’t even register. It takes forever to load the map and cleaning pathway. I’m surprised at how buggy this app is. I had an Ecovac that I returned because it didn’t have room mapping (which is extremely helpful) but that app was amazing compared to this one. Hopefully someone at 360 will take the time to improve the quality of this app to match the quality of the vacuum.
