360Robot itself could use some updates I have noticed recently that it starts lagging it takes about 30 seconds for the vacuum to respond after I hit clean and then I have to exit out of 360Robot and re-enter 360Robot just to get any form of the map to update stuff like that i’ve uninstalled reinstalled also they need to really fix where it will log you out of 360Robot on your other device such as your iPad I can’t tell you how many times I have to either log back into my phone or on my iPad depending on which device I use for 360Robot I’ve never experienced that with any other robot maker but this one it will log you out of your other device

360Robot works fine when connected, however, don’t lose your password. All attempts to reset are met with “Network Exceptions” for SMS reset requests and a blank page for “Try Another Way” attempts (presumably email reset). Also, it would great to choose the notifications received. It’s all or nothing, for instance, I don’t need to be notified each night when the device enters “quiet mode”. Also, would love 360Robot renamed for EN users. Not sure if Apple App Store supports Multi-Language names, but it would make searching for it easier. Admittedly these two last items are trivial, but when you have the microphone, you say what needs to be said. Love the vacuum itself, just need 360Robot fine tuned.

Can your developers stop doing stupid job?
I was not able to bind the s7 pro for 2 days because the ‘NEXT’ button on the network information page was grey. I spent hours checking my phone my network, rebooting, switching phones, rebooting, watching the instructional video... Finally I found the issue was because 360Robot doesn’t allow a WiFi name contains ‘5g’ (because the device only works in 2.4g), and 360Robot doesn’t prompts the reason. A WiFi name with 5G doesn’t mean it is a 5G WiFi network, I don’t know why your developers do such extra meanless judgement, very stupid.

I’ll start off with saying that I absolutely LOVE the 360 S7. It works well, navigates efficiently, cleans effortlessly, is fairly quiet, battery lasts a long time, etc. However 360Robot is TERRIBLE. It constantly times out when I try to use any of the function buttons. It is extremely slow to respond to button pushes, about 2/3 of the time it doesn’t even register. It takes forever to load the map and cleaning pathway. I’m surprised at how buggy 360Robot is. I had an Ecovac that I returned because it didn’t have room mapping (which is extremely helpful) but that app was amazing compared to this one. Hopefully someone at 360 will take the time to improve the quality of 360Robot to match the quality of the vacuum.

Overall rating of 3 indicates average to slightly above average. Robot cleans and mops well, but software has some issues that could bring the rating higher. Saving of floor plans saves the “don’t go” areas but not the “go clean” areas, requiring additional time to set up each area you want the robot clean.

The mop feature works pretty well, but won’t replace a good mopping on occasion for the white gloves cleaners. Recent updates to the programming have improved overall capabilities and coverage. We have had is robot for about 3 years and it continues to do what we bought it to do.

Most of the time, 360Robot works well. Other times, it is extremely laggy. Sometimes you press a button and it takes a couple of minutes to register. If you press the button again to try to get it working, it will eventually be processed as a second press.

When it’s lagging, it can take several minutes for the floor plan to load. This is a pretty expensive vacuum, so 360Robot should work better.

What is even more irritating is that it logs you out after some time after you exit 360Robot . Your password isn’t saved, so you have to type it in each time. The icing on the cake is that you have to enter a captcha every time you log in. Seriously, this is a vacuum cleaner app, not a banking app.

I have the same issue as several other commentators. It can take me 15-20 minutes of constantly trying to get the robot to start cleaning. Sometimes it says it has timed out, sometimes it says the data is in the incorrect format and cannot be read, and sometimes it does nothing at all that I can see, the clean button just reverts frond its throbbing pressed state to normal without action. I am using the specify room cleaning. It cleans the whole house but there are excluded regions. If I knew what it would clean if I pressed the power button on the robot I would use that. Once you get it started the robot does a fantastic job.

The 360 S7 Pro LiDAR Robot Vacuum is a good engineered and well performing Baccum Cleaner but there are few things which are very poor and needs improvement: 1) User Manual is very poorly written and has zero or no detail instructions on “how to” layout or “add” different Floor Plans - the Robot vacuum stops working when you take it to a different floor or area which is a “new” place., 2) There is no live customer service or Phone number for USA which is very frustrating.

I very much enjoy using my robot vacuum, it’s sleek, beautiful and works well. I love the fact that you can put virtual barriers and adjust them or put as many as you need. This vacuum is just not a 5 Stars for me because if there’s sun reflecting on the floor the vacuum goes crazy and doesn’t know what to do, where to go and eventually stops and gives an Error Message. This is a issue that for sure the company should resolve in a update software because I had vacuums less expensive than this one that never had this issue. So taking this problem aside the vacuum is overall very good.

This is a good robot. So many choices out there and this was a good investment. 360Robot was tricky at first and I kind of bumbled my way through it. After 4-5 days it fixed itself. Gave me a proper map and allowed me to separate rooms. Goes over area carpets that my other robots could never accomplish. The dust bin is easy to clean and though the main brush easily gets clogged up with hair. The robots stops and alerts the problem. It still hits my walls but nothing like other units. Haven’t tried the floor cleaner but I’ve read it’s not great. So I probably won’t bother.

360Robot and the robot works well. I’m very satisfy with the apps’ features and I usually only use basic cleaning options. When upgraded to the latest firmware, I can no longer dynamically increase the suction power as it’s disabled while cleaning. However, I had no problem in previous version. I recommend to always leave this option enabled for the user to select and the user should have full control over it.

Got my S5 Robot Vacuum about a week ago as a “self-birthday” gift. The instructions are about the only part with which I had a problem as they did not did not include how to set up the robot for multi-level cleaning which is one of the reasons I purchased it. It would be helpful to have written directions on what you need to do to set up multi-levels & how to locate the 2-d maps. An upgrade on the 360 app to improve the menu area to directly show maps as a choice & inclusion on setup & usage directions for multi-levels in 360Robot manual would be helpful. Once the lack of instruction problem was worked out, the robot functions great. You do have to do prep-work be sure to have electrical cords, small objects, and rugs with fringe picked up, but once you get that done, the robot works well. I still have to clean small areas the robot cannot get into because of the needed width / reach of the robot’s brush, but it works well in all areas that it can reach. I love that the robot goes under my couch, my beds, and all furniture that has enough clearance for the robot to clean areas that are hard for me to get to, & it “talks “ to me to tell me if there is a problem. I am “vacuuming” a lot more now that I have a robot to do nearly all of it for me, so my house floor is much cleaner now, & I am super happy to be able to do other things while my robot does the floors!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Best $230 lidar robovac out there for quality & low price. Has all the smart features. Better than my Roborock S5 (retailed $599 new & I paid $350 on Black Friday deal). Didn’t catch on areas it caught on. The auto no go zones for problem areas it can catch & get stuck is great. App more user friendly & more features. Love 360Robot & map editing abilities. As someone who owns a Roborock S5, Eufy 30C & Eufy 15C max... the 360 S5 is my favorite by far. Any lidar robovac for $250 & under with good reviews is a steal. I was contemplating getting a Wyze robovac but I’m glad I didn’t & went with the 360. Map is so much better & more features. It does however need to recharge & return to finish my main level on max mode—which is understandable. My Roborock could do it all in 1 go. However the 360 does have 200 more pa suction power at 2200pa. So it’s a compromise I’m willing to deal with and my only con. I will be testing out lower cleaning mode settings correlated to battery power in future to maybe help with that issue. Also no physical remote like with the 360 S9 or Eufys (algorithm & gyroscope navigation non lidar aka a smidge smarter than the random cleaning pattern robovacs). The 360 S5 is really something to write home about. I’ve recommended it to a few friends & family members, they all love it also.

360Robot is highly customizable and they are running updates on it to make it better! You can set separate “no go” zones in both vacuum and mopping modes, customizable zoning for each room, etc. The list goes on and on with this feature-intense app! I will say it may not be the most intuitive at first, but if you are willing to be patient and play around with it to properly set everything up, you will not be disappointed.

Our floors especially the baseboard area as it butts up against the floor has never been cleaner. I am reluctant to try the liquid application as we have synthetic wood floors which are not of high quality in my opinion.

The robot is very intuitive and follows my map restrictions precisely.

Very important to empty/clean all of the dust gathering ports and wheels on the robot after each use which is easy to do. Was a fantastic Christmas gift from our children.

This works great. I think it may be smarter than I am. Love be able to specify one room or all rooms or just in front of couch. Mapping the entire house is good too. 360Robot is easy to use. Scheduling certain times to operate is great. I like that it mops. The mopping is more like dragging a wet cloth over the floor, but does help with light dirt control. Since it vacuums just in front of the mop, it is a one step process. Another great is that it cleans by going in defined back and pattern instead of an inefficient random process as some others do.

360 S7Pro - Is a great robot vacuum, we tried 2 other robot vacuums before trying 360 S7Pro, it offers all the essential features needed to keep your floors clean without your manpower. The 1st robot vacuum went all over the place no since of direction, the 2nd one could not finish the the floor and kept dying before making it back to the station so for just a little more money we got everything we needed, (360 is actually very affordable and definitely work the money) It even wash floors, amazing. One of our best purchases, we don’t know why we waited to get a robot vacuum, it has made clean up so much easier.

I couldn’t be happier with this vacuum and app, I have had other robot vacuums in the past but this one with the LIDAR tech is amazing. It has solved all the problems I’ve had with my other ones in the past. I can tell it exactly where and when to vacuum and where not to. I can have it only do certain rooms or just have it do the main pathways through the house. App is easy to use. Suction is very powerful and the dirt container is large and easy to empty. Not the longest battery life but it will go charge and then come right back and finish so no big deal. And it never has a problem finding the base. I never want to be without it.

This is the 3rd brand of robo vac I have had and it’s my favorite - by far! It has good suction, easy to program, and so far the battery is holding up. I have cats and a couple of area rugs and the “carpet” setting let’s the vac go to a higher suction level when it senses the carpet. What a great idea! Most of my house is hard wood so it doesn’t use higher power on those. I like her attitude. Yea, the robot has an attitude. She says she likes cleaning and let’s me know verbally if she is going back to recharge. She is an organized cleaner - not random, just banging around. The maps are very adjustable with no go zones and area cleaning when you just want a touch up. I haven’t had any problems so far and I run it almost everyday. You still have to do a manual vacuuming for a deep cleaning occasionally, of course, but I don’t mind it a bit. Her name is Short Round because she is. 😉🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Had a rocky start trying to pair the robot 360 S6 to my home network and having the 360 S6 app recognize 360Robot . It required me to uninstall 360Robot and reinstall 360Robot and reset the robot vacuum. After that it paired flawlessly and has yet to lose connection with the robot. I can connect to the robot over cellular or on other Wi-Fi networks, so the robot vacuum can be controlled anywhere in the world. One thing to note is the remote control function requires both the robot and the device 360Robot is running on to be on the same 2.4 GHZ Wi-Fi network. Unfortunately 360Robot and robot does not support 5 GHZ Wi-Fi networks. Functionality, app is easy to use and all the functions work as advertised. This is one of the few robots that allows you to save up to 10 maps aka floor plans on 360Robot . Also forever reason the robot loses the map you can easily recover the map through 360Robot . I highly recommend this robot over the roborock s50, Neato Botvac and Samsung powerbots. Hopefully there will be regular updates to App more futures to an already future rich App.

Manuals for the robot and 360Robot are all in Chinese. Can’t submit feedback through 360Robot because it doesn’t recognize an email address input from an English keyboard.

Terrible navigation through 360Robot . Basically 360Robot is not at all friendly to a market outside of China

I had a terrible time connecting the robot and then lost all my maps about a week in and was unable to get a response from 360Robot . I tried reinstalling 360Robot , and am now unable to login because the security codes I’m being texted are being rejected by 360Robot as invalid.

I had high hopes for the 360 S5 robot vacuum, but 360Robot has ruined the experience. Entering commands (start cleaning, etc) often fail and give an error message. If it does work, it can take 2-3 minutes of loading to work. The positioning of the robot only updates once every minute, and often times out. I recommend avoiding this robot vacuum and app!

Neither 360Robot or the machine, work correctly. Returning after 1 day. Really is one of the worse buys I’ve made. I am a avid read the directions type of person and I spent a whole day trying to baby this thing into working at a semi acceptable level. All major functions were off. App was showing incorrect battery life continuously, the machine would return to charger after 10 minutes and 360Robot would show 75% charge and I only have tile no carpets.

During the first run of my 360 360Robot updated. It was great. Then on the vacuum’s third run 360Robot was gone. The only option was to run or stop. Returning to 360Robot Store and opening it that way didn’t help. What happened to it???

Like the title says, the all works but since the server is somewhere over in China or Korea, it is incredibly slow.

Pretty much 100 percent of the time the commands time out and you have to try again, because they don't go directly to the unit via Bluetooth or wifi, they go to the server across the world and then back to your unit.

360Robot itself is glitchy. You cannot designate room boundaries, only randomly hit refresh hoping it self-creates the boundaries you want. The English is pretty poorly translated as well.

Overall the vacuum is great but 360Robot is just above functional.

Just got the vacuum and previous app version. Only had 360Robot for about 3 days and it updated. New features and colors. Missing option to readjust the room lines or border. That would be nice since it split some of my rooms into 2 rooms.
Now the new app is very slow to respond to the vacuum. Pause and it takes a few presses. Then is says try again slot. After a minute it will pause. The map and lines of route seems to be slower in this version. I hope the next version corrects this. Love the vacuum cleaner. Can’t determine if it has a dust bin stop and clean mode. It gets full and I have to check it half way through cleaning. I would recommend the device. 5 star for sure if 360Robot would be faster and had a few more adjustments. Cleans very well.

Nov 2019 update.
Been working with support. A few firmware updates. But 360Robot is still having delays and timeouts. The room layout or what it thinks a room is still inconsistent. The sample picture of a perfect room is not what I get. There is hope if they get 360Robot working.

Feb 2020 update.
Worked with tech support and the 6.5 seems to be working. Room layout changes and split or merge rooms is nice now. Now the battery is draining faster and support is aware. They seem to take feedback well and get changes in. 3 stars now. Keep up the changes and I’ll keep testing.

This vacuum does a phenomenal job cleaning. I have two large dogs and it does a great job getting dog hair. 360Robot is a little finicky and doesn’t quite work all the time. Since the last update, my vacuum will run til the battery dies and not return to the charging station so I have to constantly pick it up. It also doesn’t pick very efficient paths to clean and conserve battery. I can tell they are trying to make this a good product but it isn’t quite there yet.

I’ve had my robot for about a month now and it’s actually pretty amazing. 360Robot allows you to see what its doing and unlike the iRobot you can tell it to block off areas or target specific areas. My app is not in another language like some of the reviews say, maybe they need to check their settings before complaining. I like you can schedule when you want it to clean and you can see past “maps” it’s done previously and select the one you want it to know.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because occasionally my robot decides to take the map and rotate it and it becomes messed up. Sometimes it thinks it can see past walls and will jump back and forth from one corner to another until it can reach the invisible spot. But if you just reselect a correct map then it goes back to normal. Over all this is a perfect app to go with my robot. Make sure you’re WiFi is on a 2.6 not a 5.

I love watching the robot map my room and figure out the most efficient routes. It even shows me the full path so I know what I can improve to make it clean more efficiently. For example, I’ll move the chairs to the side next time so it gets the spot it missed under the table.

Let it work when I am out, even I can monitor where it is. Off-limit setting is also very convenient, vacuum will not go to restrict area without my permission, very friendly App.

360Robot very easily set up just few clicks then go I would rating 5 star by the way the robot work flawlessly.

My new 360 S7 is about a week old and I have been playing with 360Robot everyday. It works great!! I have vacuumed my entire house about 5 times and mopped it almost twice. I like how 360Robot allows me to clean specific rooms and schedule. The off limit zones are cool too. 360Robot lets you see how the robot moves so you can make it more efficient which will help you get more out of the battery. App is working great for me!!
