I have a problem with Personal Zen

- The happy/mad faces disappear too quickly, making it difficult to follow.

- The tracing feature doesn't always work and can be frustrating.

- The sound indicating an incorrect trace can be stressful.

- The app may be buggy and inconsistent.

- The position of the happy and angry faces doesn't seem to make a difference.

I have completed the first level but have not been allocated any points so I'm now locked out.

To resolve Personal Zen network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Personal Zen App
1. On android, goto Settings » Personal Zen » click [Force Stop]

Clear Personal Zen App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Personal Zen » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Personal Zen.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Personal Zen » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Personal Zen » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Personal Zen
