How to fix Autio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Autio app on iPhone
Update Autio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Autio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Autio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Autio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Autio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Autio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Autio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Autio » click [Force Stop]

Update Autio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Autio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Autio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Autio.

Fix Autio unable to contact server/ Autio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Autio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Autio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Autio
