No stories will load. Please help! I paid for this app and I want to use it on my long trip.

hear here app is not loading stories - keep getting "no story loaded" message during my 145 mile back road trip 01543 to 12839 and from 12839 to 01543 what is the problem? Chuck Hale

Close and restart the Autio app on iPhone
Update Autio app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve Autio network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Autio app issues:

Force Stop the Autio App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Autio app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Autio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Autio App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Autio app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Autio.

Fix Autio unable to contact server/ Autio internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Autio » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Autio » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Autio on android.
