Blank white screen after logging in. Tried restarting phone, tried reinstalling app tried older versions like medallia voices 2 and the new medallia 3 all without any luck. Still white screen after typing in company name of cvs and then logging in and blank white screen.


Common dislikes about Medallia app

- Forced to upgrade the app, and the new version lacks the functionality of the old app.

- Scorecards lack the ability to display multiple metrics, and can only see two scorecards on the screen at the same time.

- Dashboard isn't as customizable as the previous scorecards.

- Ranking table is useless, as it only shows the location and doesn't allow much customization of filters.

- Unorganized visuals of the app.

- App is not supposed to look like the desk top on the phone.
