The face log in never works, there’s no way to wire money through app. Confirm transferring bank account total is impossible to find. The interface is not tuned for iPhone 11+. Can’t go backwards without completely exiting HancockWhitneyBIZ and having to manually type in my password due to Face ID not working.

I like being able to check my balance without logging in but I am unable to use the fingerprint function bc when I try to set it up I am immediately sent back to the screen that asks if I want to use it. Also I can’t use the deposit check function because the page won’t stay scrolled up far enough for me to take a picture of the check. I hope these things get worked out soon. I use an iPhone 8.

I would love to see the addition of a payment method for your home equity loan that allows you to pay an extra payment to the principle only. All you need is a checkbox “principle only” for that.
As of now, I have to to the branch office in person for that .

HancockWhitneyBIZ seems really outdated, especially compared to Wells. Also mobile deposit takes forever to hit the account. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 is because it is functional and decent speed.

Very good app esp check deposit which now seems to have kinks worked out. There some functions on the website that are not carried over to HancockWhitneyBIZ . If these two platforms were identical it would be 5 stars.
Now if I could withdraw and deposit cash on my phone then you would get 6.5 stars.

Make it to where you can send Zelle through the business app. My personal account is linked to my business account and I don’t have the option to use Zelle. Was thinking about changing to another bank for convenience.

The only thing I would love to see upgraded is a place that I could write a memo when I transfer Money from account to account. Midsouth bank had it and I had no idea how much it helped me remember things at the end of the month.

HancockWhitneyBIZ is awesome except for one small detail the credit balance lines are a tad confusing I can never tell if I owe the balance or if the balance is what is available

For some reason, when I use this business snot card, unlike my checking debit card, it will go over (bounce) if I spend more than I have in my account. Whereas my checking debit card will just tell me “insufficient funds”.

I would prefer my business card did the same thing rather than “silently bounce”, leaving me $35 over draft charge.

I don’t know if this has anything to do with HancockWhitneyBIZ or whom this may concern, but I’m putting the review here in case someone whom it may concern sees this and can fix this.

I see no reason why the business debit card cat just say “insufficient funds” and not allow the charge to go through (just as my checking debit does), rather than silently have an overdraft charge. (And if there is an overdraft charge, can there be a warning or a text message or something sent to my phone so that I’m aware of it? Because I’m not always aware that my business account bounced and would like to be informed of that. Otherwise, I would prefer these business cards to not allow charges that cause overdraft and instead just say, “insufficient funds” like my regular checking debit card does.

Other than that, I have HancockWhitneyBIZ a 4 star because I LOVEEEEE to know how much funds I have right at my fingertips! That is AWESOME!! And to also know WHERE and how much my transactions were is VERY COOL.

HancockWhitneyBIZ doesn’t work more than it actually does!!! I deleted it a few times and redownloaded it, thinking it would help! It doesn’t help.

Hancock Bank is great!
If there’s a line, the managers come out of the office, so I don’t have to wait!

There should be a section for notes under online deposit for checks

On line banking with Hancock Whitney has been the best experience since slice bread!! We have saved on gas and let’s not forget about traffic and our horrible roads in Louisiana 😬. Depositing with HancockWhitneyBIZ is so easy and efficient. I handle checks daily and it’s easy for me to upload and deposit rather than hang on to them, to deposit later and possibly misplace some. I love HancockWhitneyBIZ!!

HW has that small town feel and great personal service that the bigger banks have forgotten about. It really feels like HW cares about their customers and you aren’t simply just an account number.

Great feature to have with checking accounts
Only thing for me is sometimes the checks cannot be seen.
