The face log in never works, there’s no way to wire money through app. Confirm transferring bank account total is impossible to find. The interface is not tuned for iPhone 11+. Can’t go backwards without completely exiting the app and having to manually type in my password due to Face ID not working.

I like being able to check my balance without logging in but I am unable to use the fingerprint function bc when I try to set it up I am immediately sent back to the screen that asks if I want to use it. Also I can’t use the deposit check function because the page won’t stay scrolled up far enough for me to take a picture of the check. I hope these things get worked out soon. I use an iPhone 8.

The App seems really outdated, especially compared to Wells. Also mobile deposit takes forever to hit the account. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 is because it is functional and decent speed.
