Speedy, affordable and professional!
Can’t say how impressed I am with Maple. I am a Canadian citizen, but an American resident, so no longer have health care coverage here in Quebec. I tired visiting local clinics here, but two I visited would not accept me as a non resident, and one wanted $140 CAD for a consultation. Desperate to just refill a prescription, I turned to the internet and found this app. To be honest, I was very skeptical to sign up, but within 15 minutes of doing so I had A/ registered B/ consulted with a specialist and C/ had my prescription FAXED to my local pharmacy (with an option for free home delivery!), all for 1/3 of what it would have cost me to visit a doctor in person. I really can’t recommend Maple enough to people who need a simple prescription refill or a consultation. What a great idea!

Walk in clinic’s because of covid and the past year has been a headache, I’ve had to wait nearly one week to have a consultation over the phone then another half a week for an in person visit. I was experiencing severe bladder pains and needed antibiotics as I have before so I knew antibiotics were needed. I was matched with a doctor in 10 minutes, asked for photo of and such to disclose any person medications or allergies and got a prescription in 30 minutes. Please if you are in any pain or discomfort and cannot wait the week to visit your local walk in clinic try this app! Make sure to disclose with your family doctor about your use with Maple as well!

Like seeing a doctor before your afternoon coffee is made, all from the comfort of your own kitchen? Yeah, me too! As an American visiting my husband in Ontario, I was ill prepared for my medications in the States to be filled and arrive at my doorstep after I had left. this app made it so easy for me to get my medications here in Canada. I absolutely love Maple! It has five stars for a reason, my friends. It’s affordable, very user friendly, and every doctor I’ve had has been quite wonderful to encounter. I could not recommend Maple more! Woo go this app!

So thankful I found this app
I was on the verge of a breakdown and in so much pain from a common infection I just needed antibiotics for.
I would have had to wait hours just to get a prescription at my schools clinic and I really did not have the time as my midterms are this weekend. Thanks to this app I was able to quickly pay for a consultation, get a prescription, and pick up my antibiotics from a pharmacy all within 30 minutes.
Paying for an online consultation was absolutely worth the time I would’ve wasted waiting for an appointment at a walk in clinic.

No refill
No refill prescription You gotta pay the visit fee each time. Why? And you only disclose this after payment to doctor ? That will be last time I am using this service.
Update: this app sent an email that the decision is made by the doctor while the doctor said the decision is made by this app. Not really helpful. If there is a way to get a refund I would do so.

This app has no accountability for their doctors . Meaning their doctors can abuse this app for their own financial benefit and provide you with absolutely no help and they get paid while you’re left worse then you started off. I recently had a horrible experience with a doctor on this app. They were unprofessional and lacked knowledge in what I was asking about, and when I went to complain, the company said they can’t offer refunds only doctors can. That’s an incredibly flawed system to me as it expects all doctors to be morally sound (which they aren’t) and makes it so there is no accountability for bad customer experiences. They doctors also say no your requests about 80% of the times these days but will happily still take your money. Don’t use. Not worth the frustration.

We signed up, paid and requested service... to be rejected medical help. It seems they want to take your money but not help. Feels like a scam to me.

Was suffering from Tonsillitis and told the Maple doctor all the symptoms I had. I also told him that I have tested negative for Covid more that 4 times including the morning of my consultation. Told him I developed tonsillitis symptoms 3days before the mild coughing and I still had an inflamed sore and redness throat 6 days later but no running nose and fever or headache. His medical advice was that I test for Covid 19, wash my hands, self isolate and drink water. He obviously did not hear anything is said about my symptoms, he simply took my consultation just to take my money and get it over with! Fortunately I used another app and got a better doctor who diagnosed and gave me proper treatment in a professional manner. And now they refuse to give my money back when I provided my PHN upon registration and they did not use it or tell me that apparently I needed a video consultation to be eligible for coverage. This is a scum! I will not rest until I have exhausted all possible avenues to get my money back. Legal if it comes to that. I hate when people you trust instead take advantage of you, especially when your sick and in need of help. It’s acceptable!
