Prescription was out of stock at all pharmacies, since it is an online consult there is no doctor to call to change it to a lower dose to get it now. Called customer support to try to get some help and was told it was not their fault and I would have to pay another fee to get the prescription changed. Which is annoying, but not a huge deal. It was the incredibly rude “helper” on the phone who really set me off. To already be sick and frustrated and then be told to basically go screw myself is a joke. Can’t have sympathetic customer service? Then watch your reviews go right down the toilet.

I want a refund. Use a different service as there are plenty out there. I’ve tried several in the past and NEVER had service this horrible. Worst bedside I’ve ever had.

Dr Brad Goldberg was a total jerk. I was on around 12:05 and his last communication with me was at 12:09 and I waited till I was kicked out for my 30 mins for him to respond again and typed questions for him with no response. The call ended with no further interaction from him. He didn’t even ask questions about symptoms! He did address my issue which is why I called in today so I’m leaving with 0 - nothing to fix my sinus infection. I offered to supply my recent visit for my annual Doctor appt 2 weeks ago and he refused to respond to that as well. HE IS TERRIBLE!! RUDE, disrespectful of MY TIME and money, and useless since he didn’t address any options for treatment. I WANT A REFUND!!

I just paid $44 for an appointment, the call was “dropped” mid consultation and the number I was given to contact the dr to complete the consult was disconnected! I called customer service and the tech support dept was the only dept available. She said the dr closed the consultation out and I’d have to pay for another consultation. Of course I pitched a fit and she said, well I can issue a refund, but it’ll take 4-5 business days to process. Are you kidding me?!?! I said isn’t there some way you can just give me another consultation? Not unless I pay again! Ok, that’s ridiculous!!! She said she’d try to call the dr but there’s no guarantee they’ll respond to her since it’s a holiday. Well ok, maybe if you can’t promise service on a holiday you shouldn’t offer services on holidays!!! So frustrating. I’m still sick and no meds!

I was pleased at the speed in which I was connected to a doctor however that was the only good thing I can say. I had my first telemedicine appt using HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors. As a result of the appt I picked up the two medications prescribed however it did not resolve my issue. I woke up crying (about two hours after taking the medication) from acute ear pain then went to an in person urgent care that gave me prescription ear drops and more robust pain killers. I explained the same things to them as I did during my telemedicine appt. If there were additional and more suitable measures to be taken then why were they not? It defeats the purpose if I have to have two appointments for the same issue.

...the Symptom checker part of HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors is awful and has been for quite some time. Each time you attempt to add a symptom, the HealthTap symbol circles, as if “working” for 30 secs-several minutes...for EVERY symptom! I got up to 30 symptoms (yes I have that many) and it wouldn’t let me add anymore. (Getting to 30 symptoms took me over 45 MINUTES due to the “working” symbol. THEN I finally just hit the button for “Results”...(there’s that stupid symbol again), but did nothing (asking me to add another symptom...but I couldn’t bc 30 is max. So I tried “Results” again...(WORKING HEALTHTAP SYMBOL)...then back to the “Add a symptom page”. In other words, I wasted an hour of my day today for nothing more than to add to my frustrations, anxiety, irritability, and depression!!! Thanks HealthTap!!!

App was good and interface was good. Doctor was good - friendly, helpful, listened carefully, talked as long as I wanted. However, he wasn't sure about how the patient side of HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors worked. Not his fault. We assumed I'd be able to continue the convo at a diff time and that's how we left off - that'd id update the next day and see if his suggestions helped. But I can't do that because it wants me to pay again.

As a former user of the service and now coming back to HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors I can better recommend Healthtap based on how I think the information is better tailored to help users with their individual lives and the goals they have. This starts with HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors as I think the redesign from previous versions is a step up. Just the change of the logo and application color from red to blue brings a more tranquil experience to the user experience. HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors is easy to navigate and searching for what you may want is less cumbersome. It is still easy to post a question for a physician to answer in case that is all you are interested in. For those who want more a big addition is the care guides which are guidelines set by a physician to reach a lifestyle goal whether it is to be healthy, get flat abs, care for your child, etc. The guides are easy to follow allowing users to enroll at the tap of a button. HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors still makes it easy to centralize all of your health data but for those like myself who prefer to use another platform for this task, such as Apple Health, That data to can be incorporated.

I don’t write reviews a lot, so you know it’s serious when i do. I am a HUGE hypochondriac and often have questions about things when it’s really inconvenient or when I don’t have access to a doctor (or sometimes, I just don’t wanna spend the money to go to the doctor if it’s something simple). I really wanted to find an app where I could text a medical professional rather than just be limited to video chat, since sometimes I just have a quick question at an inconvenient time (and google is NOT a good resource.
). I didn’t have high hopes, but tonight I was freaking out about something in the middle of the night and was able to chat with a doctor. Dr. Pavel Conovalciuc was AWESOME at dealing with my paranoia, answered everything quickly and efficiently, and had excellent bedside manner. If you’re a hypochondriac like me and don’t have the time or money to CONSTANTLY go to the doctor for every little thing, this is fantastic.

I was charged and could not enter the portal, so I had to sign up again. Your system charged me twice. It said that the password was incorrect, but there was no way to change it since it appears the wrong password was initially set up. There needs to be a duplicate prompt to reinsert the password chosen to be sure the correct password is entered twice.

I’m a Registered Nurse but even sometimes I have medical questions and know that Google isn’t the best source. I love the “Ask a Doctor” section. I also just recently purchased a plan and used the service for the first time. My visit was very easy and less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend thix service to all!

HealthTap is an amazing company that erases the distance between you and the physician. HealthTap managed to establish an environment where communication with a doctor became so simple and natural than ever. Today medical help closer then you can imagine. I definitely recommend having this application on your phone. Even if you don’t need medical help right now, one day HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors could save you.

First time using HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors . My doctor was nice with pleasant nature. I m a type 1 diabetic and I needed an antibiotic for a cut that has become infected. With the coronavirus going around I did not want to go to a doctor or clinic. It took about 3 mins to connect to a doctor. We had a 5 mins convo and he sent the script to my pharmacy. Nice, quick and easy. Will definitely use again.

This is an excellent app to have I am a diabetic and have always wondered what a normal blood sugar reading was it took me five seconds to look it up and I got an answer right away by a doctor that had already answered that question for someone else it was very convenient the doctors on HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors are very knowledgeable about different things they have doctors in every specialty on HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors thank you so much Health Tap you are awesome and keep up the good work

This application is amazing. I’ve had it over several years, and it’s come in handy through some mini hard times. I woke up one morning with two rashes on me, and contemplated about going to urgent care. I did an urgent care visit through HealthTap, and was immediately diagnosed with Lyme disease. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and continue to follow up with the primary care doctor through HealthTap. She’s amazing. Thank you so much

HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors made my experience from scheduling an appointment to prescriptions and assessment so incredibly easy! I would recommend HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors and service to anyone either without or in between obtaining health insurance. HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors is truly all-encompassing e.g., scheduling an appointment is simple, connecting virtually with a physician is private and professional, if prescribed meds, they are off to the pharmacy within minutes of the appointment closing, you have FREE access to text message with the doctor following the appointment, and this is among a myriad of cool attributes HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors offers. This is hands down the very best app I have downloaded on my iPhone.

HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors is brilliant, and especially helpful for people like me who are prone to hypochondria. It’s an easy way to keep track of your medications and physical conditions. The diagnostic AI is scarily accurate, HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors is well organized with an easy user interface and you have the ability to browse past medical queries from other users. But the best part is the ability to get free personalized medical advice from doctors at any time as long as it fits in a certain character limit.
The only feature I would suggest is a way to rate the doctors answers to your questions so they are further incentivized to be thoughtful and accurate!
Overall HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors is incredible and worth the download!

The absolutely best Drs are here! I have Hypogammaglobulinia immune deficiency and I saw the best Dr on here, plus the other 2 were amazing as well. Better than most Drs that I saw in person. They were extremely knowledgeable about my condition when a lot of doctors that I had to see because we had to move to another state for a couple years never even heard of it. These Drs went above helping me get a specialty antibiotic, so that I wouldn’t have to wait a couple more days to get it and start feeling better and I am am so so very grateful for doctors like this, they truly care! I’d give 10 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

But it was easy, incredibly fast and professional. Like many People I lost my job and health insurance this year. When I started having issues swallowing and realized I had to see my doctor I panicked at what it would cost.. I only tried Healthtap out of desperation and now I am really #*!!#$ mad at myself for all the money I spent at my regular doctors and insurance over the years.

I took Healthtap’s $15 a month premium plan which has a $30 copayment. For a total of $45 I had a teledoc appointment, diagnosis and a prescription in about a half hour from the time I installed HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors .

before they canceled my policy because I couldn’t afford it, I paid almost $700 a month for health insurance, had a $8000 deductible that had to be paid before Florida-blue even paid a penny!! I spent almost $13,000 between premiums and deductibles last year and Florida-blue covered $0 and then canceled my policy for missing payment!

Healthtap saved me from having to decide if I should go see my primary care physician and not eat or have electricity this month or hope the fact that I couldn’t swallow went away and didn’t kill me.

Try Healthtap and screw you health insurance companies!!!!

Okay, so I’ve had eczema on my hand for about a year now. I’ve tried treating it at home but it only got worse. Dr. Harte prescribed me some prescription strength ointment so I hope that works. I also spoke with her about some other issues I’m having and she was SUCH a great listener. I love her attitude towards practicing medicine and she does it the right way. Best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with (and I’m NOT a fan of docs usually.) She even sent me her notes about our visit as well as a Dr.’s note that I didn’t need but was nice anyway in case I did and forgot to ask or whatever. She even sent me a link so that I can understand my eczema better. I got 75% off my prescription at my LOCAL pharmacy with my prime membership which is AMAZING when you don’t have insurance! Love y’all, love Dr. Harte, keep it up, don’t change a thing. Finally someone figured out how to do healthcare right!!! ♥️

Unless you are looking to subscribe to a doctor access or a simple second opinion it’s a waist of money! HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors began as the perfect solution to all the money spent for those of us who will never meet our deductible. Now it’s pointless. I just told a doctor e were unable to be seen by an ophthalmologist for an emergency and needed a diagnosis and medication. She literally said seek medical attention immediately... and that cost me $49!

I have tried to use HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors to access information regarding my health symptoms but have been trying to log on for the past 30 minutes and have yet to achieve any ounce of success. I would say that HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors is totally not user friendly. If you need health information regarding your chronic health concerns do not I repeat do not use HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors. You could get more effective treatment and care through your local emergency room or ems. Who were the creators of HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors hoping to serve. I guess not any consumer. Confused consumer🤔

The theory of HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors is great, however it is meant to save you time but in fact the doctors have 48 hours before they have to reply to you. This is not stated anywhere in HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors before you pay. So if you need antibiotics for strep throat don’t use HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors. In 48 hours you’ll be so sick you’ll have to go to the hospital. So much for convenience. I’ll stick with Doctor on Demand app.

I love the fact that I can ask a general or specific medical question for free and it sends it out for many doctors to answer so you can get a wide variety of feedback. I have not hired a doctor yet but I'm considering it. Plus you can search already answered questions that may be similar to yours. Great place for medical information!

It’s been about two years now since I have started using HealthTap. I don’t have health insurance and seeing a psychiatrist is so affordable with HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors . I mainly use HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors for psychiatry and I have yet to find another medical app that’s as affordable. I have also experienced great customer service. I have reached out to them multiple occasions with different issues and it’s always kindly and reasonably solved. I believe HealthTap has two types of subscription. I’m subscribed to one of them. HealthTapPrimaryCareDoctors isn’t perfect and depending on how you use it, you might not be as satisfied as me. I see it improving over the years though and they have added new features. As of now, I’m definitely going to continue using it. Thanks HealthTap for making healthcare more accessible!

Amazing that you can get health answers from US doctors for free. And after getting a free answer, you can make a virtual appointment with a specialist, or drop in to a primary care doctor visit without any waiting.

First time using it & I am so glad I tried it. I was skeptical at first & afraid it’d be a waste of money, but it IS real y’all. A bit pricey (not going to be a $20 copay like a regular ol doctor visit) but it is SOOO worth it. Literally you can talk to a doctor either through video chat, phone, or text. I’m very anti social lol so I was so glad to just be able to text back and forth right away. No getting dressed, driving to the doctors office, waiting to be seen, etc. it’s literally right on your phone. For mild illnesses where you pretty much know what’s wrong & what you need but can’t get because it’s prescription only, this is great. I already knew what was going on with me & needed diflucan because OTC treatments don’t work for me. Told the doc my symptoms, he asked some questions, etc. and within about 5 minutes he sent a script over for diflucan to the pharmacy that I use & boom I picked it up an hour later. Love it. So much better than waiting a week just to get an appointment for my doctor, dragging myself there when I’m already miserable from whatever I got going on, & then waiting to be seen.
