I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Blue Cross for now offering this service to us! As a teacher, I am constantly getting sick with something throughout the school year. Luckily for me, the major illness that I get quite a few times a year are sinus infections. As my sinuses have been horrible this summer, I came down with my usual sinus infection in the cheek with the swelling and pain and it is not fun. The absolute LAST thing I want to do when I have one is sit in a crowded Urgent Care or doctor’s office in agony, and now I no longer have to. I really like the fact that you can pick the physician you want to see and you can view their information! I was seen by Dr. Jill Weber and would highly recommend her! She informed me that I should not take ibuprofen with the steroids I typically receive with my sinus infections. No other doctor has ever informed me of this! I would give BCBSMOnlineVisits and service 10 stars if I could! Keep up the good work! First time using it and 100% satisfied!

I am overjoyed with the fact that I do not have to wait for hours on end at a doctors office in a room filled with patients who are just as annoyed as I am with the wait even with a scheduled appt! Not to mention that my insurance pays for the online visits so I do not have anything out-of-pocket/copayment. I’ve only used the Medical doctors but the three times I have used the online visit app I have been more than satisfied with both the knowledgeable physicians and their great
Dispositions! I highly recommend to everyone but it’s especially great for those who have a little
More difficulty getting to an actual doctors office or they are limited on their mobility.
I opt to wait a little while longer than normal for Dr. Horner because she is so personally, knowledgeable and speaks to me in medical terms that non-medical people can understand and grasp. I highly recommend using BCBSMOnlineVisits! Especially if you’re not able to get to a doctors office so easily!

I was completely blown away by Susan Hendrickson. She is incredibly knowledgeable and used terms and words in a way that I just “got” what she was saying. We worked together to figure out that it wasn’t as bad of a cut as I originally thought, which is great! She also told me numerous signs to look for as the hematoma is draining and assured me not to worry that the injury is getting worse just because of that. In that line, she also explained that if redness or pain presents then I need to seek further help. She was just a momma bear like me and understand exactly where I was and what I needed to hear for reassurance. Thank you so much for your amazing doctoral staff and them being able to meet people’s needs in their own home.

Had the flu and later developed bad sinus infection. Been to urgent care 3 times since inception of flu. On the third visit I told the PA my sinuses were getting infected. I told him my daughter, an ICU nurse had the flu and al my symptoms. She had a very bad sinus infection post flu. Still, he would not put me on antibiotics. I’m a 57 year old man and healthy. My sinuses have always be my only real health issue, so I know my body. My teeth even hurt which is a pretty good indicator.
The doctor on line listened to me and I appreciate him understanding that people do know their own health issue. Off the the pharmacy to get my antibiotics and get feeling better and ridding myself of the cold sweats.

I was pleased with the doctor and her diagnosis. However, I am not pleased with the fact that after waiting 1.5 hours to speak with a doctor, I was disconnected with the message that the doctor was no longer available. I had to start all over from the beginning. It took me another 1.5 hours of waiting before getting to speak with a doctor. I could have gone to the urgent care facility and been home in the time it took me to get through on telemedicine. For a first time user, I don’t know if it is worth the time and trouble.

First time using a Teledoc and it may have been the best experience EVER with a medical professional. I am sure a lot had to do with the doctor herself but the tech was easy the follow up lightening speed, highly recommend. The doctor was personable , highly empathetic, professional and took her time. She didn’t rush into the ‘room’ and rush out! Today the wait was long but I was relaxing in my own home rather than sitting in a crowded uncomfortable waiting room with a group of other sick people.

I have an earache and was assigned to a doctor named Cesar Sturla who was completely unprofessional. I could tell he did not want to work today, he had his hand on his head as if doing his job was a bore. He did not greet me nor did he ask what was going on. As soon as I told him that I had an earache he ended the telemedicine call. I am not sure if he was racist, overworked, or just plain rude but I believe he should have called off today. When someone is sick they do not need someone who doesn’t care for their patients to help them. He doesn’t need to be apart of this amazing app. I ended up seeing another doctor who was compassionate and listened to watch was actually wrong with me.

My employer sent this to out as an alternative to visiting the doctor’s office. It is easy to use. Yes depending on the time of day you can wait 2-3 hours but isn’t that better than waiting at a crowded doctors office where the nurse slides the glass see through window in your face and tells you to have a seat in the waiting room full of symptomatic people! Take a walk on the wild side and try it! You’ll be glad you did. Oh and Dr. Zubricky is amazing!

I have used the online service twice, now. It is so easy, so quick, and so convenient. A few clicks, a few minutes “in line”, and you are being helped. Whoever came up with this venue is a genius.
A lot of the time, a medical problem happens on a weekend, when the doctor’s offices are closed, and that’s why this online service is so great. Not only that, it’s less expensive than seeing a doctor at an office.

BCBSMOnlineVisits allows me to receive the psychiatric and therapeutic care I need without missing work. This has seriously changed my life and I have never been more comfortable with my appointments, especially since I can snuggle with my dog and lay on my couch. Plus, my psychiatrist is amazing and actually takes time to talk with me as opposed to the five minute visits I’ve grown used to in the past. Thank you so much for providing this option!

I would much rather see a provider through BCBS then at my Doctors office. The providers on here listen to what your saying and it’s nice you can even send pictures, of what you may be I’ll with example would be like a eye infection. If you need a prescriptions, it is phoned into pharmacy in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to use BCBS online visit in the future.

Dr. Moore was so awesome and friendly this morning. I loved that we were able to upload photos instead of having to struggle with our son and show his rash on camera. The appointment was super easy and we were able to move forward with treatment quickly. We hope that we can favorite Dr. Moore to use him for any future visits!

I have tried on 3 different occasions for my daughter and all 3 times there has been at least 20 their patients for each dr. I pick one at random on the lower end of people waiting and wait and wait. The number ahead does work its way down and then all of the sudden it will jump from 2 patients to 6. Then 10. Then it will start going down again only to jump several again. One evening we waiting for 25 minutes with 6 people ahead of us. Then it jumped to 12 and ended up kicking me out. I have not even been successful at speaking with a physician. At least they have not tried to bill me.

I have used this online service twice now and both positions were very professional and helpful. It’s so nice to be able to stay in the comfort of your own home and avoid experiencing the stress and time-consuming effort’s of going to an Urgent Care. This service has been so helpful to me and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you so much!

My first telehealth visit was phenomenal. I was saved from the frustration of trying to obtaining an appt and going to Dr office or walk-in clinic. The Dr was quickly responsive to my issues and quickly assessed my illness and provided a course of action appropriate to my health concerns.
I will definitely consider this in the future for myself and family.
I commend Dr Reis for her attentive and caring visit.

This was my first time using the online doctors visits option and I could not be more impressed. I really did like that you can choose the doctor you’d like to speak with rather than have the site chose at random. The connection wasn’t that great (but I think that was on my end). The Doctor that I spoke with was sympathetic and very helpful. I will definitely use online doctors visits again!!

Fantastic service! I called in at 7:05 am this morning. My wife and daughter were diagnosed with influenza B in the last 3 days. Now I have symptoms. Instead of driving to urgent care and waiting, I did a quick call on BCBSMOnlineVisits with a nurse practitioner. She prescribed Tamiflu. My day is much shorter and I will drive less. What a great service for these circumstances. Thank you for the innovation!

This was my first time doing an online visit. It was fantastic! I highly recommend this. I’m suffering from a UTI and didn’t have to get in the car to go anywhere. Wow! This is really good. Dr called within minutes of signing up. She was thorough and able to answer my questions and prescribe what I needed. For simple types of needs that don’t require an in person visit this is really great.

I was sure my cold was turning into an infection late in the week but was holding out hope. Weekend comes and it’s obvious it’s an infection. I was reminded of this feature and it was amazing. I saw Dr Fawn L and she was great. She not only was super friendly, she explained reasons behind some of the advice I’ve heard for years regarding sinus problems. I definitely recommend BCBSMOnlineVisits and program!

I’m extremely frustrated with BCBSMOnlineVisits. I have my iPad with me, hoping I could do a doctor visit online, but BCBSMOnlineVisits insists that each and every one of my payment methods (HSA card, credit cards, debit card, all of which work EVERYWHERE ELSE) is “declined”. My address was typed exactly how it is everywhere else. Not sure if this is just a bug or not, but considering BCBSMOnlineVisits is for medical uses it’s pretty awful that it isn’t functioning properly and that I cannot get the medical care I need.

This is the best medical development for every day illness! I am floored at the easy features, friendliness of the doctors, and how my family needs can be met from the comfort of home! I am a teacher and get sinus infections over my winter breaks like clockwork and this has revolutionized life for me. My son gets ear infections consistently so having a quick line to a doctor is a lifesaver.

After a relatively short wait from the comfort of my couch I got to see a doctor. The doctor was pleasant and asked the right questions and transmitted my much needed prescription. I will do this again! BCBSMOnlineVisits was easy to use and I called for assistance on something and was assisted immediately. Great experience all around.

I went to the walk in at my provider and I was told the wait was four hours. I got online, signed in and seen by Dr. Moma in less than 20 minutes!!! Sooo much faster and more practical for a mom of four. I didn’t have to drag all four of my kids to wait with me at the doctor office. Thank you so much for your quickness Dr. Moma.

First time user/visit. Got a respiratory infection while on vacation in Texas and it’s a weekend. Thought about going to an urgent care but really didn’t want to leave the house let alone pay urgent care cost. The doctor was excellent and I greatly appreciate Blue Cross Blue Shield offering this service. I will be using this service again. Thank you

This is the best thing since sliced bread! I am miserable with sinusitis and I didn’t have to leave my bed. It took about five minutes and the doctor was very friendly and helpful. Gave me suggestions on things to make me more comfortable not just a script. The cost was the same as my copay. I highly recommend BCBSMOnlineVisits!👍🏼

Dr. Parekh was so kind and patient. She listened to me and asked questions for her to better treat me. BCBSMOnlineVisits was super easy to use...I was counting down the hours for urgent care to open when I remembered I could use BCBSMOnlineVisits! Saw a doctor within minutes! She was even patient with my connectivity issue! Thank you!

App didn’t work properly so I uninstall and reinstalled. Still shut down when doc tried to connect. Went to the site on computer, downloaded video installer etc. tested the video and all seemed to be working. Then again every time a doc tried to connect the video wouldn’t work (even though I tested and confirmed my internet and connection was great). Spent 1.5 hrs too many of my life on this today. This was a really bad experience especially when I’m feeling so sick.

I have used BCBSMOnlineVisits three times within the last year. I get the same attention I would get from my doctor with similar wait times but it is so much more convenient! I don’t have to drag my kids along to the doctor when I’m already not my best, BCBSMOnlineVisits is brilliant!
