I have tried on 3 different occasions for my daughter and all 3 times there has been at least 20 their patients for each dr. I pick one at random on the lower end of people waiting and wait and wait. The number ahead does work its way down and then all of the sudden it will jump from 2 patients to... Show more 6. Then 10. Then it will start going down again only to jump several again. One evening we waiting for 25 minutes with 6 people ahead of us. Then it jumped to 12 and ended up kicking me out. I have not even been successful at speaking with a physician. At least they have not tried to bill me.

I’m extremely frustrated with BCBSMOnlineVisits. I have my iPad with me, hoping I could do a doctor visit online, but BCBSMOnlineVisits insists that each and every one of my payment methods (HSA card, credit cards, debit card, all of which work EVERYWHERE ELSE) is “declined”. Not sure if this is just a bug or not, but considering BCBSMOnlineVisits is for medical uses it’s pretty awful that it isn’t functioning properly and that I cannot get the medical care I need.

When someone is sick they do not need someone who doesn’t care for their patients to help them. He doesn’t need to be apart of this amazing app. I ended up seeing another doctor who was compassionate and listened to watch was actually wrong with me.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Blue Cross for now offering this service to us! As a teacher, I am constantly getting sick with something throughout the school year. The absolute LAST thing I want to do when I have one is sit in a crowded Urgent Care or doctor’s office in agony, and now I no longer have to. I really like the fact that you can pick the physician you want to see and you can view their information! I was seen by Dr. Jill Weber and would highly recommend her! She informed me that I should not take ibuprofen with the steroids I typically receive with my sinus infections. No other doctor has ever informed me of this! I opt to wait a little while longer than normal for Dr. Horner because she is so personally, knowledgeable and speaks to me in medical terms that non-medical people can understand and grasp. I highly recommend using BCBSMOnlineVisits! Especially if you’re not able to get to a doctors office so easily!

Had the flu and later developed bad sinus infection. Been to urgent care 3 times since inception of flu. On the third visit I told the PA my sinuses were getting infected. I’m a 57 year old man and healthy. My sinuses have always be my only real health issue, so I know my body. My teeth even hurt which is a pretty good indicator.
The doctor on line listened to me and I appreciate him understanding that people do know their own health issue. Off the the pharmacy to get my antibiotics and get feeling better and ridding myself of the cold sweats.

I was completely blown away by Susan Hendrickson. She is incredibly knowledgeable and used terms and words in a way that I just “got” what she was saying. We worked together to figure out that it wasn’t as bad of a cut as I originally thought, which is great! She also told me numerous signs to lo... In that line, she also explained that if redness or pain presents then I need to seek further help. She was just a momma bear like me and understand exactly where I was and what I needed to hear for reassurance. I would much rather see a provider through BCBS then at my Doctors office. I have used BCBSMOnlineVisits three times within the last year. I get the same attention I would get from my doctor with similar wait times but it is so much more convenient! I don’t have to drag my kids along to the doctor when I’m already not my best, BCBSMOnlineVisits is brilliant!

Tried using my computer an my phone. Through the computer the site would not / could not recognize my audio device. On the phone, was waiting with "you are next" message for 28 minutes.
