I'm from the US, and before I left for Montreal for the summer, my doctors cut me a heart medication prescription, Eliquis 5MG, twice daily. I've logged on to Maple RX a dozen times, and after 45 minutes or so, they cancel. I've been at this for three or four days, and have gotten nowhere. All I need is a prescription from a Canadian doctor for Eliquis. Help :(

How to fix Maple app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Maple app on iPhone
Update Maple app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Maple iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Maple on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Maple network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Maple Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Maple not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Maple App
1. On android, goto Settings » Maple » click [Force Stop]

Update Maple to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Maple App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Maple » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Maple.

Fix Maple unable to contact server/ Maple internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Maple » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Maple » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Maple
