How to fix Cube AR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cube AR app on iPhone
Update Cube AR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cube AR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cube AR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cube AR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cube AR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cube AR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cube AR App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cube AR » click [Force Stop]

Update Cube AR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cube AR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cube AR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cube AR.

Fix Cube AR unable to contact server/ Cube AR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cube AR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cube AR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cube AR
