Recently purchased a used Echelon bike (Serial Number ECHEX-3-120400) The previous owner transferred my details and showed me as the current owner. I have access to the app which is correctly working, however when I try to log into my account the password is not being recognised. Can you confirm that I am shown the current owner and do I need to reset reset the password to log in Thank you in advance Trev

I am able to log on to the app but cannot access any On Demand rides. Only “scenic rides” shows up. Bummer!

App STILL not working. After a couple of weeks of cadence not reading in the app, the bike will now not connect to the app at all...what the hell is going on with this app??? I've tried everything but the app is just no responsive. Haven't been able to use the bike now for weeks

I was excited to connect Apple Health and Echelon app but the heart rate disconnects almost every workout midway through or the echelon app on my watch ends workouts early. Very frustrating.
