the eFamilyCloud app no longer starts on my new phone. I transferred all my apps to my new phone (Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra) and when I try and open the eFamilyCloud app on the phone, it opens for a second and then closes. I have tried to clear the cache as instructed, but it does not solve the issue

Devices stopped working thru Alexa
As other eFamilyCloud device owners are expressing, the Alexa skill stopped communicating with my devices a few days ago and the wouldn’t re-enable when I tried to reset and now don’t even see the eFAmilyCloud skill as an option to use. Question: Is the EFamilyCloud skill being rebuilt and will it be available again for use in the Alexa app?

Efamily cloud not working with Alexa. . . Nee dot know will they fix it or do I change to another APP which has no problems. . . would rather not change as it involves a lot of time and effort however patience is running thin with not hearing back on who is fixing and perspective time line to complete.
