It’s really nice app and every thing look good but I wish if its connect to Siri so no need every time to open phone then app then turn the light on or off .... if it’s support Siri and the light off at night and my mobile in my room ... it will be much easier to ask Siri to open the light so I can reach my phone

Once in a while I have to remove the existing schedule and add it again for the socket to work properly with the schedules. This is quite annoying and takes around 5-10 mins depending on the schedule complexity. I hope it will get fixed in next firmware update.

eFamilyCloud is a useful and reliable companion to my smart plugs, but the new version with temperature, wind, and humidity is way too slow opening ... why do I need that info in this kind of app anyway (with plenty of weather apps)? Much preferred the earlier version, that was fast and had just the needed functionality.

I originally had one power strip and worked perfectly. No problems ever! I had timers set for each (4) sockets and it was spot on every time. I bought 3 more power strips and now only 1 of my 4 strips socket timers work. The others have the timers set and they are active but they don’t turn on or off when they are suppose to. I can manually switch them on and off but that kind of defeats the purpose of me purchasing these strips. Any advice or answers to why this is happen and how to resolve it would be great but I can’t find much information about eFamilyCloud most of it is self explanatory.

I use eCloud for three sets of plant lights. Over all I like the programming, it’s not very intuitive but very easy to adapt after setting up. I like that I can adjust the timer remotely.

There is one bug, which is that that the eCloud settings have occasionally reset on its own; which means rebooting some lights at 5am and reprogramming eFamilyCloud from scratch.

I have several plugs in two locations and all work great. However, the default view, when launching eFamilyCloud , displays all devices.
Unfortunately, the top plug connects to a security server and by accident I have shut down the server twice.

Improvements:
1) Provide the ability to open eFamilyCloud and select the default group to one of my created names/locations/groups

2) Provide the ability to move anyone of my newly created name/group to the default position.

I bought 8 smart plugs & everything worked fine, however all have stopped working! All plugs show offline. I tried re-registering, that only worked for 2 of them, the others failed to register. Then 30 minutes later those 2 show offline again. Tried to do a network diagnosis in eFamilyCloud , but that failed. My WiFi network otherwise is working. I suspect some update to eFamilyCloud has caused the problem.

For those of you looking for a simple timer that can operate from your smartphone, this is the one. I’m using this for my Christmas lights on the outside of the house. You can have it on timer, countdown mode or just simply turn on/off with just a tap on your smartphone. It can be operated from anywhere even when on vacation.

Fine but has many quirks that it still needs work on. Can’t have the music theme on of eFamilyCloud isn’t open Eder and the widget doesn’t always work. Other than that, I like the colors and the fact that I can dim the lights and use eFamilyCloud when it lets me

Awesome and easy to use. Ready to set up. From box to working on less than ten minutes. Love you can set up schedule and scenes so that you have good control of energy and lights for safety as well.

I have been using the switch’s for about a year and they have worked great.

Only negative is the brightness of the status light

This was easy to setup and worked out of the box. Looks like a durable controller. It works with or without Alexa and many other voice controllers

I love eFamilyCloud and the smart bulb. Would be interesting to have a apple watch support for this with the dial being able to control the brightness. Just an idea.

This is a great timer/switch that is extremely easy to use and setup....Great for going on vacation and having various lights coming on and off in different rooms give that “someones home”. Excellent value!

Updated to work on the iPhone X, which is something not many apps have done. The initial pairing is extremely smooth. The alarm feature is a nice way to make a normal lamp into a wake-up light.

What other products can be used with eFamilyCloud? I didn’t see anything in eFamilyCloud that shows me what else I could buy to go with eFamilyCloud . The plug-ins I purchased work and the program in eFamilyCloud works. I’m interested in buying more stuff.

Little did I know eFamilyCloud could help simplify things around my home when at home and when I’m gone. You can control devices yourself from your phone or iPad or put them on timers. I set the up to work with my Alexa and makes life so much easier.

This is app is very easy to use. It did take me some time to set up my light bulb but after finding out, it was very simple. I have set it up to my Alexa so she can change its colors and turn it off or on when I tell it too. I’m only 14 and preformed the task on my own(shows how simple it is)

The smart socket doesn’t sync up with the daylight time changes. And eFamilyCloud doesn’t provide a feature to adjust for that. While I can adjust my timers by moving up or down 1 hour, they (both the socket and eFamilyCloud ) ought to equip with this feature automatically these days.

This device is so fast and reliable I would pay three times what I paid for this device. Incredibly easy to set up a simple to use application for my iPhone.
