Eufy Security App stopped working on multiple Android phones & devices about 5 days ago so cannot access any of our cameras. None of the typical triage actions helped. Have uninstalled/re-installed, cleared cache & data, rolled back to multiple prior versions, yet nothing works. Application launches and renders a white splash-screen with the Eufy logo in the center, and never progresses to a login screen (or any other screen). Does not matter if we are connected to WiFi or Mobile Data. Behavior does not change even if we try different networks. Also can't view on a PC because that depends upon a working App to generate an access-code for remote viewing via Web UI. Catch-22. Something appears to have happened on the Eufy server-side of this infrastructure as nothing local should have affected multiple devices across multiple locations. Please help.

After update the screen shows up for a brief second then goes blank. Tried all the regulars restarting rebooting resetting nothing works. Do you have a fix for this?

I have an android Samsung Galaxy A50 and I keep getting a message that the Eufy app is crashing and it wants to put it in deep sleep. It appears it is using too much battery. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the phone version is up to date but I am still getting these messages.

eufy app is having problems on my smart phone. It will not open up correctly . removed it from four times and installed it back and have the same problem.

Eufy Outdoor Cam Pro (2K) When viewing the live view and then pressing "playback" the app responds "no videos" instead of showing the timeline with the video recordings. The recordings show up ONLY under "events" tab and the recording counter on the "my devices" home screen tab It seems this issue began around the middle of January 2023 after some automatic camera updates were installed. With app updates installed since then the issue has still not resolved. The phone, Eufy app and the cameras are all on the latest version.

I am having the exact same issue as Lance: the security mode is disarmed and I cannot set any other mode. I can select the mode settings, but cannot select the mode. Stays disarmed.

I can't get the Eufy app to download on my wife's phone. It was on there before with no problems. The it stopped working - she uninstalled it and tried to reinstall - but the app just spins and then the error message - something went wrong, try again. We've tried again and again with no luck. Please help.

Had my cameras for well over a year now. Worked fine till this morning. Now, the security mode is disarmed and I cannot set any other mode. I can select the mode settings, but cannot select the mode. Stays disarmed. Kept getting a popup notification every 5 seconds or so about GeoFencing. Finally had to disable notifications. I do not want to use GeoFencing. I want to select Home or Away mode manually. Why now can I not select any mode beside Disarmed or GeoFencing?

I have 5 Eufy devices. Three cameras and two doorbells. One door is connected to the Home Base, and the other is connected to the Wifi Doorbell chime. Until today I haven't had a problem. The wifi doorbell connected to the wifi chimes works, but it will not connect to the Security app, but the Security Apps work with the other four devices. I did all the general troubleshooting steps but don't see the point when the app works with the other devices.

Just Purchased a ACER Chromebook spin 514 chrome OS 103 the Eufy Security app will not work but works fine on my old Lenovo Chromebook OS 101 . If I cannot get it to work on my Acer Chromebook OS 103 I will need to return it to Best Buys Can this issue be corrected ??

Hello, I bought in January 2022 Anker Eufy Video Doorbell 2K black (Battery-Powered) + Home base 2. It worked till april very well, But last 3 months we have problem, cant connect to application server and for last 4days its that problem permanent. I;ve tried to reinstall app, or reset wifi connection, but nothing work. I;m not sure if its that problem just here in Slovakia or everywhere worldwide. Can you give me some advise please? Eufy security went off line, tried reconnecting wifi to door bell chime , sync many times comes up wifi fail don’t know if timing out , my router is at2.4 checked all connections . Took doorbell chime out of plug in over night , plugged back in morning no success Pinned side reset with tool tried reloading , nothing , blue tooth on and showing eufy in and out at times , did try to re install when showing blue tooth connect .

I am getting "unable to connect to the application server". I can see my cameras live, but it has not notified me of any events and when I go into events the day date is September 17 2002. It was working fine yesterday and now it isn't. I restarted the home base and cleared all event, but still nothing. I have had these for only a short period of time and I am regretting getting Eufy.

My eufy security app keeps going offline. I deleted all of my cameras and devices. It goes online, but when I try to view a camera, it goes offline within seconds. I can't even set up an activity zone. It says "unable to show live view". This just started a couple of days ago. If I wait 10 minutes, it goes online again. But the minute I click on a camera, the entire system goes offline again. Also, the Alex app goes offline when eufy goes offline.

the app gets stuck and freezes. My phone won't close the app or do anything on the screen. I have to old it down like I'm turning off my phone. Ive restarted the app...uninstalled the app...restarted my phone..NOTHING WORKS.
