When I turn of the Kindelf app on my phone the device starts beeping. I am using model SHJ001 with Kindelf app ver 1.7.8. I've also turned off the "Alarm when bluetooth disconnected" setting. What can I do to fix this?

Hello, When I turn my phone to airplane mode, the device starts beeping (even if setting to not beep if Bluetooth is off is disabled). I tried deleting and resetting the device. Still no good

So the gps just came..at first it was working well but the map was lagging and now whenever I look at the map the location of the gps goes crazy even if the gps is just in front of me..help me fix this please because my cat keeps on going out but I'd let him out only if the gps works well..please help thank you

How to fix Kindelf app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kindelf app on iPhone
Update Kindelf app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kindelf iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kindelf on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kindelf network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kindelf Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kindelf not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kindelf App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kindelf » click [Force Stop]

Update Kindelf to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kindelf App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kindelf » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kindelf.

Fix Kindelf unable to contact server/ Kindelf internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kindelf » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kindelf » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kindelf
