I felt as a customer of yours. I had to let you know what it was like eating at your Mansfield Texas location last night. We got our order taken and then was informed after paying that the service delivery time would be an hour. We was wondering why there was about twenty people waiting in line to get their pizza. What was really bad watching your walk-in customers being turn away as the staff was telling them we are getting to many online order to keep up. I observed no less then ten families sent away with at 4 to 5 people each. As a former businessman I couldn't imagine how much revenue was lost in that short period. We waited because we had driven 11 miles one way because we like the pizza. WE also heard people say this would have been their first time and now probably won't come back because of this service. A taped up sign on the front door saying we are only taking online orders. Terrible customer service for a business that is looking for walk in business to survive! I will be looking for your response.

I went to your app to make great comments about your staff at Your Indian Trail North Carolina store. If I were an employer I could not find anyone better than the staff at this store. I wanted to call you and praise them to you they said fill out the App. I filled out all the information that you requested gave you my email and created a password. Then I tried to login it said that my email and password did not match. I want to reset my password. you were going to send an email with directions on how to reset. After the fifth time waiting for an email I quit trying. How is it that you can make a pizza that makes me want to eat pizza and have an app that totally sucks. Do you want to get good feedback or hear some good feedback have someone who doesn’t know I darn thing about your application. Let them use A computer fill out everything you wanted . How easy was it was the responses from your IT department timely/adequate . I’m an older person, have someone who is not computer savvy try, if they have problems then you know you have problems. There are some applications out there that are darn near your idiot proof. Yours is not one of them. Again your staff at Indian Trail Is phenomenal, they are friendly, great representatives of your store and make a fantastic product . I will not eat pizza anywhere in the area except at MOD .

I was forced to reset my password via the website as my phone was recently stolen therefore, I currently do not have access to the app. After resetting the password on two separate occasions the website would not allow me to log in using either of the newly created password(s). Please advise.

PLEASE FIX

i like mod pizza & the mod pizza staff. However this app got to go. When the app was upgraded recently it’s now screwed up. i order from the same mods location & each time when placing an order it ask me for my location. This new app does not store my mods gift card “EACH TIME” i place an order it ask me for that long gift card number & pin. this annoys me can someone please fix ASAP Another issue… if i make 2 separate purchases the same day it will not let me scan for points until the next day — please fix this issue also update i took a star away — i can’t log on to the app — it’s giving me error message. i tried changing my password 2 times & still won’t let me log in. App still logs me out all the time, & it does not hold my gift card info. i have to put 19 numbers + 8 more digits for the pin each time i place an order. PLEASE FIX —

Order failed, but payment went through

First off, mod pizza itself is AWESOME. The employees are awesome and the food is awesome and the service is awesome. So I open the app for the first time to place an order. No problems there, actually one of the better ordering experiences. The problem was with paying for the order. First off, it’s impossible to type in the exportation date since you can’t type a / because the keyboard is a number pad. (For anyone else having this issue, copy and paste it in) but the big problem was when I hit the pay button. The app said “credit card declined invalid billing address,” but I immediately got a notification from Apple wallet that my card was charged the EXACT amount as my mod pizza order. So I go to the store annnnnd they didn’t get the order. Thankfully mod pizza employees are awesome and understood my situation and made the pizzas without charging me a second time. The app fails to accomplish its purpose, ordering pizza. Also they should just use Apple Pay, I’m sick and tired of having to give each restaurant app my credit card info each time I order since I don’t trust them to keep my credit card number secure.

Used to Be Good

This used to be a good, simple app. Now it is very buggy with many annoyances. It automatically logs me out and turns off the Face ID so I am having to log back in. In the update, all my past orders were lost—it doesn’t save them as easy anymore. The notifications are excessive and the notification badge says there are notifications when I cannot find any when logging in. I have gone other places for lunch because this app is now clunky and takes too much time to deal with. What used to take less than a minute to do to order ahead for pickup or curbside now can take several minutes or just not work at all. They had a good app! Now it’s an annoyance that deters business.
