I cannot redeem my points in the app. I have accumulated 309 points. I would like to order a one topping large pizza and use 125 points. When I go to checkout.

I can’t change my password. It says token invalid. How can I get around this? I’ve tried several different passwords

I have 160 points but can’t use them. When I try to order the App has a pop up that says no internet connection. Of course we are connected but it still won’t work. It’s been like this for about a month.
