How to fix CitiManager app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CitiManager app on iPhone
Update CitiManager app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CitiManager iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CitiManager on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CitiManager network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CitiManager Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CitiManager not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CitiManager App
1. On android, goto Settings » CitiManager » click [Force Stop]

Update CitiManager to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CitiManager App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CitiManager » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CitiManager.

Fix CitiManager unable to contact server/ CitiManager internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CitiManager » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CitiManager » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CitiManager
