CitiManager – Corporate Cards Reviews

I don’t know how CitiManager made it past quality control. It is full of bugs, and login is a nightmare. Face ID never works, CitiManager has annoying pop ups about changing your password, accepting terms and conditions, and entering answer to secret question - every single login. Then it auto logs you out after just a minute. Only the most basic functionality; you can’t even request a balance refund. Rude customer service agents. A prime example of big bank corruption at taxpayer expense and a slap in the face to all who serve.

I travel a lot. I don’t always have access to a laptop so it’s nice to have CitiManager on my phone and be able to pay through CitiManager . it’s super convenient!

Login is a horror, now. Even when it works, and error message that is wrong pops up. Now, you can make it go away by selecting to view something at the bottom of the screen like statements, but that is clearly a work around and is laughable.

The charges now are taking forever to hit the books! This is likely not CitiManager .

CitiManager has been reliable source to manage my card. The customer service was beyond my expectations, shout out to Chavon for her excellent help.

I cannot activate my card using CitiManager so I called the telephone number. I go back to CitiManager and now I new to log in. With what sign on info when creating a new account is not an option. Terrible! I guess I can delete it because I won’t be using CitiManager at all.

Not usable on an iPad with a keyboard attached, as CitiManager does not support landscape orientation. I would expect an app targeted to business customers be able to support how a business person will use their device.

Every time I try to pay my balance on CitiManager it says there is an error.

Doesn’t work. No help. I do not like this new Gov’t Travel Card system.

I love the convenience of being able to see transactions and account info on the go, as I travel a fair amount for work. The biometric login is fantastic, as I always struggled to remember my password when using the desktop version. Overall very pleased with CitiManager!

Only reason I have CitiManager is because I have an employer issued Citibank card otherwise I would delete CitiManager and cancel the card. Can’t make recurrent or automatic payments. Every payment must be manually scheduled (however, I was told by Citi that was a requirement of my employer so they may deserve a pass on that). App doesn’t update regularly, took 47 days for payment info to appear but only 3 days on website, purchases usually take 5-9 days to appear on app but 1 day on website. Balance due doesn’t change until after payment has been processed so app still says I have a balance due 2 days after I make payment. I accidentally paid twice because there was nothing to indicate I had made a payment prior. Since there was no info about prior/pending payment I mistakenly thought my payment hadn’t been accepted or something similar. So CitiManager lets you overpay again and again. The biometric login constantly turns itself off forcing me to manually enter my password and then turn biometric on again. Never had any of these problems with the CitiMobile app so why is the this app app a piece of crap? I wish my employer never switched from JPMorgan

The application has the functionality it probably needs, but the user experience is fragmented and less friendly than every banking app I use. The “recent activity” doesn’t update or show a scrolling list going backward in time; it simply appears blank much of the time despite what most people would think of as “recent” usage. The turnaround of seeing transactions post is a bit slower than many banking apps for the same vendors when I use the card linked to this account instead. The statements are the best way to review transactions, and you can’t select a date range to view or dig into individual transactions in CitiManager . All in all, lacks the function to use it for keeping personal tabs on a commercial card which, by design, is not in constant use.

Used CitiManager for a while, still haven’t seen any BIG improvements as it isn’t very user friendly. Would like to see more recent purchases in the view feed. Also, you can select to pay bill, but no due date is ever show? That part is the most annoying, when you don’t know if a payment from a third party went through or not, and can’t check the due date amount to verify.

Also, CitiManager is currently unavailable. It lets me sign in, and only showing the top total amount owed, and Recent Activity and Statement tabs on the bottom. Proceeding to give me an error, frustrating.

I despise my government credit card because of how horrible Citi Banks website and app system perform. First, the website and app is not user friendly at all when trying to figure out how much you owe and when trying to find your transaction history. Second, transaction take multiple days+ to actually show up on CitiManager or website. This makes it extremely hard for budgeting and checking transactions for filling out travel reimbursement forms. ALL my other credit cards/banks have all transactions show up almost immediately. I would give this review zero stars if I could for being useless and troublesome.

Has everything I need for on the go visibility and management of my corporate card account. Simple and uncluttered. So much easier and convenient than calling a service center. I wish I had downloaded this sooner. Looking forward to future releases.

I’m forced to use CitiManager because of my credit card. None of my statements are available via CitiManager . Even though there appears to be an icon to view them, it simply states there “were no items found”.

Additionally, there is no option to schedule a payment in the future. The payment date defaults to today’s date and it cannot be changed.

HORRIBLE app supposedly for travelers using corporate cards.

CitiManager helped me check my account on the go, making sure I didn’t have any fraud. I highly recommend it for any Citi corporate card cardholders. Also note this is NOT for Citi personal or small business cards!

User friendly interface where I am able to easily view/manage my corporate card. Citi has definitely worked on enhancements to make CitiManager great!

I prefer to use my apps for my financial activity. I can look at it before and after I wake up.

My guess is CitiManager was designed for the government travel card, because its poor interface and constant bugs scream lowest bidder contracting for the DoD. Unfortunate.

Make it better please. Currently I cannot see transactions... just the balance, and the only biometric options that are selectable are Touch ID. When did this last get updated?!

Finally have biometrics for easier log in. Fulfills basic needs of a card app that is simple to use.

I don’t think I have used a worse banking app than CitiMangager. A banking app is supposed to be accessible and easy to use while still allowing you to perform basic actions such as easily check your balance or make minor changes to you account. this app is none of those things. It’s almost 2020 for crying out loud, get it together for your customer base.

Shows current balance and statements but does not give you the capability to request a refund. So you have to login to the actual website to perform the request or call citi direct instead.

Overall average credit card app. But the most basic functionality of paying my bill isn’t available...as no way to add my checking account info.

... there’s no landscape mode for iPads.

Other than that it does everything I need in a corporate card monitoring/payment application.
