Don’t ever use this app if you are expecting customer support in the event of a transaction dispute. I sent my query 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back from them. Not even an email, nothing. There are better cards around. Don’t bother with this app.
Make sure you don’t deregister your mobile number because then you won’t be able to log in to this app. There’s seemingly no other way (email????) to log in and the crappy app will keep saying that your email is already registered.
I have had many debit and exchange transactions missing in the “Activity” list in YouTrip . My balance doesn’t match with my transaction activities.
Emailed this app support a number of times with no response whatsoever. This is unacceptable.
No idea what happened but YouTrip refuses to load properly. Reliability issues. Good thing I’m not travelling at the moment. Needs more work.

YouTrip keeps lagging whenever i open YouTrip , which results in me having to reinstall YouTrip every so often. please fix this.
It should be clear that YouTrip only works for Singapore residents - then I wouldn’t have bothered to download it.

Whenever an email is sent to their customer service, they will take more than 2 weeks to reply. This is unacceptable for an organisation that deals with people’s money. Hope they would work on that before even thinking of expanding to other countries. Even having a call centre to provide instant assistance to their users.
There has been a lot of noise around Fintech disruption but many products fall short of real value to the customer. Not this app!
The card provides excellent value and is so easy and secure to use. Exchange rates are the best I have seen and YouTrip is brilliant to track your spending. Best part is if you have topped up a bit extra, not to worry. Can spend back in Singapore in SGD.
Hope more features are added down the line to make it even more compelling.
It has been great to pay with a much better rate! And it works everywhere in USA, London and Germany where I usually travel.
Cant recommend this card enough. Able to withdraw from any non Singapore ATM with Mastercard logo.

My Youtrip card was deducted USD279 for a purchase on eBay which I didnt make and I didnt get any Youtrip card notification to approve the transaction when I have been asked to approve all my legit transactions on Youtrip. When I contacted Youtrip, they said they cant do anything about it and that I should asked eBay for the money! This card definitely is unsafe and its security has compromises. I used to store more money in it but I am not doing so anymore. I am getting another international transaction card! They are not helping me to get my money back.
