Yesterday, I successfully transferred S$1,000 to my Westpac Bank Account in Australia Westpac Account No: 733-173 539563) But just now I wanted to transfer another S$1,000 to my same Westpac bank Account in Australia. But I wrongly clicked Exchange option as it showed the equivalent amount in AUD. Instead the amount of A$1,197.90 appears in my Home screen. What should I do now. Make sure you don’t deregister your mobile number because then you won’t be able to log in to youtrip. There’s seemingly no other way (email????) to log in and the crappy app will keep saying that your email is already registered.
Worst customer support ever

Don’t ever use YouTrip if you are expecting customer support in the event of a transaction dispute. I sent my query 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back from them. Not even an email, nothing. There are better cards around. Don’t bother with YouTrip.
Missing wallet transactions

I have had many debit and exchange transactions missing in the “Activity” list in the app. My balance doesn’t match with my transaction activities.
Emailed YouTrip support a number of times with no response whatsoever. This is unacceptable.
