The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Rx Refill mobile application (app) allows you to request refills of your VA-issued prescriptions, track prescription delivery, view prescription history and access medication lists on My HealtheVet from the convenience of your mobile device. The app works in conjunction with the Rx Refill feature within My HealtheVet, and refill requests submitted through the app or the My HealtheVet website are trackable using the app’s Track Delivery feature. Help Desk -- If you need assistance with the Rx Refill Mobile App, dial 1-866-651-3180 to speak with a Help Desk Representative. The Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Reordering prescription
The first time I used this App I found it a bit confusing having come from Express Scripts. It just took a bit of getting used to. Everything I needed was or is there it just took me a longer time to find. I guess you could say you need some patience to use this App.

So slow
Too much trouble trying to get info on this app. I was so happy to see this app so I can check on my meds, but it hardly ever works.

No different from MyHealtheVet...
I see very little advantage to using this over MyHealtheVet. In fact, many times you are transferred to MyHealtheVet and are forever placed into the MyHealtheVet area with no way of getting back to this app. Nice try, but this needs some serious work.
