After an aggravating (but understandable) verification process I was finally able to log into the VA RxRefill app to help manage my father's prescriptions. Unfortunately, I still can't use the app because I keep getting an error message that says "The User is denied in RxRefill".

How to fix RxRefill app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RxRefill app on iPhone
Update RxRefill app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RxRefill iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RxRefill on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RxRefill network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RxRefill Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RxRefill not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RxRefill App
1. On android, goto Settings » RxRefill » click [Force Stop]

Update RxRefill to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RxRefill App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RxRefill » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RxRefill.

Fix RxRefill unable to contact server/ RxRefill internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RxRefill » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RxRefill » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RxRefill
