va rxrefill freezing up when i open app a circle just spins won't let me go to refill

The app continues to crash on my android. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, forced stop and nothing has worked. App has worked fine for over a year, this just started on Friday.

i keep getting an error , the user is denied on rxrefill

After an aggravating (but understandable) verification process I was finally able to log into the VA RxRefill app to help manage my father's prescriptions. Unfortunately, I still can't use the app because I keep getting an error message that says "The User is denied in RxRefill".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RxRefill app issues:

Force Stop the RxRefill App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RxRefill app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RxRefill to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RxRefill App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RxRefill app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RxRefill.

Fix RxRefill unable to contact server/ RxRefill internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RxRefill » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RxRefill » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
