I recently downloaded RxRefill to see if can use it but for some reason when I log in it shows error and only gives me the option to dismiss the message then it takes me back to the login screen. Not sure if RxRefill is optimized for iOS 14 or not but man I could really use RxRefill. Ordering refills by phone is tedious at times and this is the perfect shortcut for iOS users. Please fix this.

I feel deserted by the VA. I do NOT even have a General Care Doctor. Please help! I’m Mark Pedersen 2645. I’be asked for an appointment at the Mountian Home clinic and never heard back. I’m a diabetic, my subscription are/have expired…they don’t show up in RxRefill anymore. I’m a bladder cancer survivor…it cost me my bladder and prostate…I need supplies for that, all no longer listed in the refill app. I’ve been under the VA care for about 10 years most of those I lived in St Louis moving to Arkansas went smoothly at first but now you all have just abandoned me….was it something I said? I’ll call the clinic tomorrow but I’m very disappointed with your service, it feels like you all would just appreciate me to pass.

So did the contract for developing RxRefill go to the lowest bidder like everything else in the government!? Literally just downloaded and it is not working because the third party server is down. I feel like I’m on U-S-A j-o-b-s, it amazes me that veteran’s programs are awarded to the lowest bidder. Or at least that’s what it seems like. I never knew about RxRefill till today and actually thought it was new, because then I would expect some bugs/glitches but this has been out since 2018! I would not recommend downloading this ever or at least until they can get this fixed and show some consistency in it working.

RxRefill is absolutely impossible to use. We have three generations of people helping to get RxRefill figured out. Two generations highly computer/technology literate. Still impossible. How do they imagine an elderly not-so-computer literate veteran to use this independently? Garbage. Avoid RxRefill at all cost. Stick with the antiquated automated call in system. Save yourself the hours of frustration.

RxRefill has been improved a great deal for user-friendliness; it looks nice, connects securely, provides all of the info as advertised, and lets you fill and track your prescriptions right from RxRefill .

The one HUGE, for me, problem with RxRefill , is that there seems to be some kind of lag or bottleneck in between my requesting a full, and then actually shipping it. It’s more fiddly, but far quicker to go through the myhealthevet website. Going through RxRefill is like the old days, where maybe you get your meds within the next week or so... or maybe you get it a couple weeks out. I ditched it after trying it out in 2019 because of this problem, and thought I’d give it a go again; the improvement is hit-or-miss, and I’ve got an Rx that can’t have skipped doses.

In conclusion it’s a great app, but seems to suffer from poor integration to the dispensary infrastructure, so I’d only recommend it for nonessential meds, unless you are good about setting a reminder to request the next refill ten days after a fill has been completed. A fill won’t be processed before it is supposed to be, but the system will at least accept and queue a fill request ten days after the preceding fill has been completed and shipped out. I’m not particularly adept at staying on top of that sort of thing, though, so if you’re like me, best return to filling directly, via the website.

Fairly simple app that lists current refillable prescriptions, and lists prescription history. Big font and clarity for those with vision issues.

No bells or whistles or other options available.

One drawback is I personally need to message my doctor monthly for one of my medications and it doesn’t allow for that. Otherwise it’s a simple api that just makes navigating the prescription refill process easier than the my health website or phone system.

I hear a lot of complaints, all from the past. Currently it’s awesome. It’s easy to see what you need and easily orders. Even track on the mail is available. Good job!

Not sure what the issue is with everyone else. Worked fine for me. Downloaded. Logged in with my VA ID. Ordered my prescriptions. All in about 5 minutes including the download. I like it.

The speed in which these pharmaceutical people work and respond is absolutely phenomenal. I appreciate the attention to my account and especially my prescriptions. Thank you all ;;)

I've downloaded RxRefill and it would not direct me to login page. Deleted it and reinstalled. Same problem. I can get my prescriptions on Myhealthe vet. Let me know when you have the problem fixed.

App is still not working worked before but now is broken. No choice but to make the rating a 1. Cannot visit VA and app used to make much convenience for myself and many other Veterans.

Like the website . Would be easier,since I have several prescriptions, to add if it’s a 30 or 28 or 90 day refill and show date it will run out so I can easily mark my calendar. Otherwise it’s a crapshoot as to when to order. I work, run a house and yard and maintenance on car etc. just think it would help.

This does what it’s supposed to AND it works. This is incalculably more easy to use than the phone system. And as long as SOMEBODY doesn’t sabotage the mail system it’ll be far easier & more streamlined to get my refills.

Rx my health vet’s has been a great help to me! I’m older now and less independent and now is the best time for using our technology. My time working and the service time volunteering through the years is now slowing.

Wonderful site!
I like it much better than calling in prescriptions. It doesn’t take as much time and it is efficient!
Also the history portion let’s me know if I should order my meds without shaking the old bottles. Lol

Not sure what’s happening to others. It’s been working good for me as of 12 Aug. It’s much easier than going through the never-ending phone tree from hell that is the VA’s automated system. It’s also more user-friendly than the myHealth e-vet website!

Love being able to see a list of available prescriptions and being able to fill them with a push of a button!!!! This is an awesome system!

Very convenient and easy to use. I have an iPhone and RxRefill keeps me logged in. If RxRefill gives you an error message, power down your phone to fully process RxRefill . I did that and haven’t had any issues since.

The first time I used RxRefill I found it a bit confusing having come from Express Scripts. It just took a bit of getting used to. Everything I needed was or is there it just took me a longer time to find.
I guess you could say you need some patience to use RxRefill.

I see very little advantage to using this over MyHealtheVet. In fact, many times you are transferred to MyHealtheVet and are forever placed into the MyHealtheVet area with no way of getting back to RxRefill.

Nice try, but this needs some serious work.

I logged on using DS Self-Service and I was never redirected back to the Rx App to reorder scrips.

Too much trouble trying to get info on RxRefill. I was so happy to see RxRefill so I can check on my meds, but it hardly ever works.
