How to fix Pantaya app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pantaya app on iPhone
Update Pantaya app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pantaya iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pantaya on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pantaya network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pantaya Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pantaya not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pantaya App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pantaya » click [Force Stop]

Update Pantaya to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pantaya App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pantaya » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pantaya.

Fix Pantaya unable to contact server/ Pantaya internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pantaya » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pantaya » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pantaya
