I found it interesting as it is a spanish movies and series app, downloaded it and started the trial time, however I was unable to log first day, I thought it may need time, tried the next day and same it said my user wasn’t recognized, then I tried to use in computer and it said my account was expired?? Then again in iphone and never worked, the 7 days trail passed without being able to login so I cancelled to avoid paying for a service that never worked

Encontre este app y me pareció intersante por que parece tener buenas series y películas, hize el download y me inscribi atravez de el app, despues de recibir la confirmación no pude login, pense talvez hay que esperar, lo intente al siguiente dia y fue los mismo, y asi paso el periodo de prueba, imposible accesar, antes del dia de inicio he cancelado mi inscripción y reporte al app a Apple, esto parece un scam, al contacar a servicio al cliente respondió con preguntas y pidieron datos, despues contestó otra persona pidiendo datos de nuevo, y nunca solucionaron nada, pero obtuvieron mi apple user, he reportado esta app a Apple y me sugirieron cambiar password y mantener mi información confidencial, este es un posible scam!!

I would give it 5 Stars because there’s many movies which I find good to watch and its basically a Hispanic Netflix. When I first tried to connect it with my TV it worked like a charm. But after that one attempt. It now doesn’t work at all. I uninstalled Pantaya , logged out and in, used a different device. Closed Pantaya . Turned my TV off. Everything possible. The SmartCast WiFi window doesn’t appear on Pantaya anymore. So I can’t watch the movies I want on my tv with the whole family. Please fix this, because it did work, it isn’t now for some reason.

I’ve been trying to communicate with the customer support because the system isn’t allowing me to acces my account I’ve emailed them like 2 times already they only ask if I’m watching from the USA and to keep specifying what is the issue. I even send a image of what the issue is. I also requested a password change but i never received the request link.I’ve been at it for a month and they keep taking my money without allowing me access.

I got Pantaya several months ago under the free trial, before the trial expired I cancelled it however the offered another promotion with subscription being cheaper a month for only three months I accepted the promo to give it another try but till this day I can never watch a series or movie where I don’t encounter an issue. My biggest issue is it gives me an error that says WiFi no connection if I want to use my Data which is perfectly fine my data is always on, but it still gives me the error and doesn't let me watch anything. And I will say it’s only with this app.. because I can stream Netflix with no issues and Disney+. As soon as I get the error I go into Netflix to try and no issues at all.
So its definitely an issue with this app. I have emailed them soo many times about the problem but it has not been resolved! It’s frustrating!

I can not cancel my subscription!
I wrote an email to this corporation and tried to contact them and no one responds to my emails.
I don’t like application it freeze all the time, I cannot watch a movie with out interruptions. My internet is not the problem since I can watch movies from others providers with out a problem. Plus they don’t add a new movies frequently as the published and the movies they add every now and then are not the good ones. Is so many more good movies out there that unfortunately this app don’t have.

I signed up today around 6 pm
and was gonna get the 3 months special .
Let me tell you how special it is doesn’t work after I signed up and put my card info I was not able to log in, I tried the I forgot my password 4 different times within the 2 hours after I signed and never got the link to reset password.

I absolutely LOVE De Viaje Con Los Derbez which is why I got Pantaya. However my issue has to do with Pantaya itself. I set up my account, and logged out and could not get back in. I tried resetting my password FOUR different times, never got the link in my email until I contacted support then was able to get in two days later. I didn’t have my account keep me logged in because I prefer to log in each time I go to use Pantaya and again I cannot get in so I created a different account with a different email and a different card and I am no longer able to get into that account either. I’ve never had such a bad experience with an app. Super frustrating not being able to get into my account. TERRIBLE app.

I had Pantaya for about 3 years, at the beginning it was great and I enjoyed all the movies and shows, all of the sudden it wouldn’t let me go on Pantaya , I got tired of paying for something I wasn’t watching!! I just recently re installed Pantaya hoping it would work this time, but NO!!!! It still has the same problem, I turn on my app in the settings menu and try to log on and Pantaya keeps telling me connection error!!!! I really don’t want to get rid of it again, somebody please help!!!!!!!!!!

When Pantaya and streaming service work, they’re ok at best. But as others have said, audio frequently cuts in and out. Sometimes can’t play more than 10 seconds without muting itself. Rebooting helps for a couple minutes then it starts again. And don’t expect to watch with English subtitles as the translations are grossly inaccurate and many times sentences are cut off mid sentence leaving you wondering what was just said. Many many bugs and likely not enough server bandwidth to be useful or competitive.

The content is ok. No super good, no super bad, just regular Latin movies all in the same place. But what I hate is the iphones app. Every time that I tried to play a movie they or series said no WiFi detected go to settings to change your preferences. The illogical of the situation Is that I always have reproduce with data. Y move it trying to put on and off and check if that way I can have streaming but does not work. I went to Pantaya problema solution and redirects me to lions gate stock market

Pantaya could be better designed. The episodes dont have numbers, so its hard to know where i left off since sometimes i dont see the title. Clicking on the pause, next, and the forward 10 sec buttons, is kind of slow. It takes too long to show the option of the next episode once one is over. Things like that, can make it a better app. Over all its a somewhat good app and it does have good series and movies.

I like to watch this app because reminds me of Mexico and living in USA for 20 years is nice to watch all this Mexican movies.
I have to say that I don’t like that ever time I start a new show I have to watch all the previews over and over and if I click Skip the “punish “ you because the next show takes fooorever to start.
That makes me think about canceling my subscription.

Pantaya is slick with a lot of great titles. High quality stuff that's different to what you get from all the other streaming services. Screen casting works perfectly and you don't get a million annoying notifications from Pantaya either.

Not a Spanish household but have friends that watch and watched some of this with them. I’ve noticed that there are more content available with English subtitles which helps us non native speakers.

I love Pantaya. I mainly got it to watch the Derbez family. They’re hilarious and so down to earth. My reason for the but is bc I had deleted app by accident and tried to re-download it and it sends me to manage my subscription which I already am. It keeps saying there’s an error with subscription but I am getting charged $5.99. Please help

Been using this app for about 6 months and am really impressed with the quality of the shows and movies. There is nothing that compares for Spanish-speakers. Support team is very responsive if there is a problem which has not been the case for me.

We as a Hispanic family could only let the rest know that this is a outstanding Quality and well enjoy time with the family and kiddos and friends thank you this app for giving us the energy to enjoy our most beautiful roots of race’s and counting to see u grow.

I sent an email, bad protocol to cancel, there is no phone number to contact, is done thru another application, not thru them directly, had to switch to a lower paid subscription, until they contact me ...I don’t trust them...even to write a review you need a nick name, I typed and is not accepting

I had always been watching Netflix, and was getting so boring! I found out about this app, and now I am enjoying from my favorite Mexican actor. It was time for a change, not just that but Mexican movies and series are always something different to enjoy.

Captions Issue: My rating is 5 stars but I’d like to see captions when I pause a movie. This is helpful for language learners/non native speakers. They disappear when you pause. On Netflix you can still see the captions when you pause.

Pantaya lies to you. Tells you you can start a “free trial” then charges you for every movie you watch while on the trial plus after a week charges you 6$ then won’t let you cancel it. False advertisement! Who ever is in charge of this service please fix this. And won’t email me back. Y’all need to have a customer service number to call. And make it to easier to manage Pantaya and website. This stuff is horrible. I NEVER write reviews but I’m really upset with this service !

I just downloaded Pantaya on my computer n phone. While watching a movie it freezes n I have to delete n reload Pantaya to finish watching a movie. This has happened with each of the 4 movies I’ve started watching, can’t finish them. I’m going to try it for a couple more days n if this continues I’ll definetely cancel my services. It’s a shame because you seem to have good movies.

I like Pantaya, only problem is, you can’t change password or even if you forgot your password,they email you on how to reset, when clicking on the link it doesn’t work!! Soooo frustrates

I don’t see the sync option button on the screen. Only happened once when I updated my phone but after didn’t come on again

I love the service that Pantaya offers! It allows my family to watch movies from Mexico’s Golden Age of movies! If you get this hoping to watch American Hollywood hits or that over-rated/played Selena movie, then this isn’t for you. It’s a service intended to showcase MEXICAN and other LATIN AMERICAN Movies.

Hi, started using Pantaya a couple months ago. As the previous person that left the review said, I am having issues keeping Pantaya on while connected to my TV wondering if anyone knows how to resolve it. Love Pantaya otherwise!

Love Pantaya. Get to watch a lot of good Mexican/Latin movies. I wish they had a review section for each movie or show to read what other people think of the film. Also I can’t wait till they get a bigger selection of both classics and modern movies.

I like the service, not expensive and being able to access all of these movies in Spanish. I do have an older tv and I would love to be able to cast movies to our Chromecast. I look forward to being able to do so.

I love love all the movies in here. Feel so connected with Pantaya. I love it so much I got my mom and family to download. I just wish I could download it on my fire stick. Other than that, I love all the movies and content in here. Muchas gracias.!!!!!!!!

This service is terrible I try to unsubscribe and it does not let me i don’t recommend it. The shows are bad either way

App doesn’t work Mitch my IPhone. It’s a mess!!!!

SCAM!!! do not subscribe omg i am so frustrated with this thing i signed up for a free trial and they immediately charged me 6.99 i can’t even unsubscribe no matter how much i try! so i’m paying for a terrible service that i DO NOT want. costumer service is MESSY AF. they don’t even have a phone # only email!! they gaslight you so much it’s actually crazy that no one has sued these people because they are STRAIGHT UP THIEVES. PERIOD!!

es un fraude me cobraron pago automatico y ahora resulta que no es asi, ya entrege las pruevas del cobro
