افشل تطبيق بالعالم دايماً بعلق ولازم تغير كلمة المرور كل فترة بنك فاشل وتطبيق افشل

من اسوء البنوك لا تعامل ولا خدمات ولا فروع ولا بيردو على الاتصال الطوارئ ولا شي انا عن نفسي اليوم بحول كل شي عندهم بيخصني لبنك ثاني

I have a lot of problems like eFAWATEERcom and I lose my registered fawateer

I’m in the states and I can’t log in my account anymore from SafwaIslamicBank , shows an error message “you can’t login due to bio metrics restrictions” even if i try to login in with the password i face the same issue.

Thankfully I’m not relying on my safwa account otherwise I would’ve been stuck. This kind of issue doesn’t happen in any other banking apps, not sure how it can still be so bad after all these years.

By having the last update installed, am unable to login !!

Please check this stupid update

You have a lot of issues need to fixed asap:

1- If I logged in and kill SafwaIslamicBank , then logging in again, a validation appears that im already logged in

2- After the update a testing bills are added to my account

3- I cant add new bills to be saved

I cant use SafwaIslamicBank anymore

SafwaIslamicBank is really poor compared to other banks in design and in features, i hope they update it soon, and efawateercom on safwa app doesn’t support jordan university of science and technology they should add it.

البرنامج لا يعمل على جهازي مع اني عملت كل الاحتمالات من حذف التطبيق و إعادة التحميل مع العلم اني مع ايفون8بلص.
لا يعمل البرنامج على جهازي يخرج من التطبيق بمجرد لمس الايقونه

It gives me success saved and it do nothing
When you go back you cant see any bills from the one you saved

After the last update, the fingerprint while login is not working anymore, and Efawateercom is not retrieving the already registered bills, and I can’t even find some of the billing categories that was available before

Please update your app so it could be compatible with the iPhone X, it really looks ugly. Kindly focus on user interference too.

There is a bug in the credit card settlement for electronic Murabaha card, the drop list is not working when you try to make a payment.
