Unreliable, Bad user experience

I’m in the states and I can’t log in my account anymore from the app, shows an error message “you can’t login due to bio metrics restrictions” even if i try to login in with the password i face the same issue.
Thankfully I’m not relying on my safwa account otherwise I would’ve been stuck. This kind of issue doesn’t happen in any other banking apps, not sure how it can still be so bad after all these years.

The app is really poor compared to other banks in design and in features, i hope they update it soon, and efawateercom on safwa app doesn’t support jordan university of science and technology they should add it.
Multiple issues in the last release

You have a lot of issues need to fixed asap:
1- If I logged in and kill the app, then logging in again, a validation appears that im already logged in
2- After the update a testing bills are added to my account
3- I cant add new bills to be saved
I cant use the app anymore
