My app is not recognizing my location Austin 9 at burnet road and Koenig lane as an HEB go store even though we are and the app works for my coworkers. It just doesn’t show our store as one of the locations.
At the Huuto store on Gattis School the app won't recognize the location. Other people are using the app but some of get "your not on an HEB" error.
I am having the same problem as the two other users. The app worked fine for years until about three weeks ago. Now, the screen just constantly refreshes when trying to login. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and even tried wiping and reinstalling the app. My husband installed the app from scratch on his iPhone 11 Pro Max and it does the same thing. Based on the last app update date, maybe the last revision caused issues? Please fix the problems - I really miss being able to use this function!

Hello. My HEB Go app is no longer working. I have deleted and installed the app several times. I have completely shut off my iPhone 12 and powered it back on again. I have turned off my VPN. I have connected to the store's WiFi. All updates for the iPhone are current. None of these actions has resulted in the HEB Go app working as expected. When I open the app, the screen starts blinking, and it looks like someone is swiping down on the app. Try again is stated in blue at the top of the app. Eventually, the app will come to a screen saying it has timed out. I have tried signing in with a different username and password with the same results. Surprisingly, my spouse has the same phone as mine, and their app works as expected. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Nikki
How can I turn the music off on the app?
Plays annoying music that won't stop no matter what I do, logout, close app etc, nothing works. I have to restart my phone to get it to stop. This started about 3 weeks ago. I have a Samsung S10 Android
