Здравствуйте! Только приобрела наушники Beoplay ЕQ Nordic Ice, установила официальное приложение, сделала учётную запись, добавила наушники. Далее зашла в обновления, обновила их до последней версии (к сожалению не знаю до какой и где это посмотреть). И после этого в приложении нельзя было делать какие либо настройки звука, т к приложение пишет, что устройство не подключено. Блютус, геолокацаия и все остальное включено и работает. Далее, я отсоединила устройство и попыталась заново добавить наушники, и теперь не получается их добавить. Уже и удаляла приложение, и заново устанавливала. Ничего не получается. Как решить эту проблему? Как добавить наушники в приложение? Отдельно через блютус они работают, а в приложении их нет возможности добавить.

Whenever I try to add a nearby product to my account, the app crashes. Also, the Wi-Fi button in my bro play a8 never turns green and shows up as a Wi-Fi connection in my device settings. I have tried restarting it. Thanks.
First of all i couldnt connect the headset to my phone without install the app. Next thing i needed to accept receiving email ad to use the headset, third thing the app is just useless at least i was able to connect the headset to my android device but in the app i cant see any options for the headset like ant or eq, the app only shows me articles and the product family - quite annoying
