What is Ballad Health?
The Ballad Health app is a mobile application that provides secure online healthcare features to its users. It offers MyChart, guest bill pay, and Ballad Health Connected CareTM telehealth services. With MyChart, users can manage appointments, request prescription refills, view test results, message their Ballad Health provider, access shot records, request an E-Visit, pay their bill, estimate their medical bill, and upload health and fitness data from Apple's "Health app". The app also allows users to serve as a proxy for another patient. BalladHealth used to work. Now on all the Apple devices I have you just get an “error communicating with sever”. Yea I know, before anything is said, I restarted my device and uninstalled it and restarted my device and it’s still does the same thing. When it worked it was awesome. Now it’s a headache. Because they don’t really send you any bills through the mail. One visit nets you six different bills from six different places, when you just went to one. This was the only way to lay quickly and track all them. Now BalladHealth is about as useful as the hospital system it’s built for. I’d go someplace else, but they have bought everyone else out and have become a monopoly of the area.

What are you all doing?? BalladHealth is now freezing and crashing. You’ve also removed the My Appointments button so now we have to hunt around God knows where to see upcoming and past stuff. Another thing I have a huge gripe about is it logs out really fast and if I’m typing a longer message to my doctor, I have to copy it, log back in, and paste it so I won’t lose it because t won’t send after I’m logged out by BalladHealth . I don’t tyoe that fast on my phone or a keyboard. Fix this crazy mess!

I love what BalladHealth has to offer but it continually freezes. I haven’t been able to use it for the last few days. It’s annoying when you are trying to check in for a dr. Apt and you can’t get it to work properly.

This could be a great app when it works. One day it works then the next it doesn’t. Called the number provided & left message to call me back to fix problem & six days later still haven’t heard anything back from them. Called today & left my phone on speaker & no one picked up to help for over 2 hrs! I like the Follow My Health app a lot better! It did work

The updates have proven to be successful. BalladHealth brings my medical records to my phone and provides easy access to my physician, paying bills and scheduling appointments.

What good is an app that has a horrible on boarding process followed by an inability to let you log in. This has gotten so horrible I see no choice but to delete it. When it works it is kind of OK, when it doesn’t, which is most of the time, it is useless.

App crashes every time, latest version is no better than the previous......junky but it is the only game in town if you live in the tri-cities so hope it gets better.

BalladHealth functions well unless you are attempting an e-checkin prior to the appointment. BalladHealth lagged and forced closed several (5) times during the process. Very frustrating.

Since I updated to new app it won’t work and freezes up when I get to where I need to be. It worked fine before. I am not happy with this now, thanks but no thanks

BalladHealth is fairly easy to use however I can use MyChart to do the same things. The hospital system where I used to live had navigation which is a great feature.

Just downloaded BalladHealth a few days ago and can’t even get past the login screen. Put in my username and password, then get the spinning wheel of death. I get a verification code sent to my e-mail, but can’t get past the login screen to enter it in anywhere.
