1 year agoMy supplemental insurance information is wrong it was correct 3-4 weeks ago but now it's wrong. It should be Capitol Life Insurance and it says Travellers. I attempted to correct this, but your system wouldn't let me, Ballad in Sneedville attempted to correct this but was also unable. Please contact me.

Awful App. Never Works
This app used to work. Now on all the Apple devices I have you just get an “error communicating with sever”. Yea I know, before anything is said, I restarted my device and uninstalled it and restarted my device and it’s still does the same thing. When it worked it was awesome. Now it’s a headache. Because they don’t really send you any bills through the mail. One visit nets you six different bills from six different places, when you just went to one. This was the only way to lay quickly and track all them. Now this app is about as useful as the hospital system it’s built for. I’d go someplace else, but they have bought everyone else out and have become a monopoly of the area.

Logging in has become impossible
What good is an app that has a horrible on boarding process followed by an inability to let you log in. This has gotten so horrible I see no choice but to delete it. When it works it is kind of OK, when it doesn’t, which is most of the time, it is useless.

Since I updated to new app it won’t work and freezes up when I get to where I need to be. It worked fine before. I am not happy with this now, thanks but no thanks
