How to fix Enki app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Enki app on iPhone
Update Enki app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Enki iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Enki on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Enki network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Enki Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Enki not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Enki App
1. On android, goto Settings » Enki » click [Force Stop]

Update Enki to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Enki App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Enki » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Enki.

Fix Enki unable to contact server/ Enki internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Enki » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Enki » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Enki
