How to fix Veggly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Veggly app on iPhone
Update Veggly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Veggly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Veggly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Veggly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Veggly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Veggly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Veggly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Veggly » click [Force Stop]

Update Veggly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Veggly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Veggly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Veggly.

Fix Veggly unable to contact server/ Veggly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Veggly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Veggly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Veggly
