How to fix Kyvol app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kyvol app on iPhone
Update Kyvol app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kyvol iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kyvol on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kyvol network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kyvol Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kyvol not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kyvol App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kyvol » click [Force Stop]

Update Kyvol to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kyvol App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kyvol » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kyvol.

Fix Kyvol unable to contact server/ Kyvol internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kyvol » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kyvol » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kyvol
