Citibank KR Reviews

This newest version of CitibankKR is practically useless to me. The only way to log in now is the old ID-plus-password combination, even though I’m in Korea and have a phone number in my name. Non-Korean names have to be spelled out completely as shown on one’s ID card to use other, more modern login methods, but not enough space is given to do so. I can no longer get the “copy certificate” function to work properly, either. In addition, with the old login method, I have to change the default language every time I log in. The settings show English as the default, yet Korean is displayed with every login now.

Easily the worst banking app I’ve had to use, even among the other Korean banks. Nothing makes sense and it’s very cumbersome to use. The only English I can see is the headings. You’ll have to have a decent understanding of Korean to use CitibankKR. Everything feels like it was an afterthought.

Ever since CitibankKR was updated a few months ago the language never stays in English. I have to the “default” language to English every time I log in.
It seems like Citi bank Korea won’t be around much longer but it’s still a big inconvenience.

Easy and quick access to everything. CitibankKR makes what can be a struggle as easy as couple buttons. From credit card to financing, it really is attaining all the functions you could ask for.

Great in general, except some bugs..

This is my best banking app in my life.
UI is so simple and easy to understand.
Also transfer is so fast!!

This is pretty much the only app to use for banking with Citibank in Korea. There are no alternatives! Highly recommend it if you are banking with Citibank in Korea.

I used a lot of other banking apps in Korea. This is the best! It does not require complicated installation common in Korea! I like this much! Five stars!!

CitibankKR is really convenient to use comparing with other banking apps. One of the reason why I use citibank is the citibank application.

CitibankKR is useful to take care of personal banking without any issues.

A lot of other korean banking apps don’t support faceID for added security with iPhone X. Citibank korea app supports faceID.
Also the interface is easy to use!

Other banking apps have too many useless buttons.
But CitibankKR is simple but smart enough!

It is easy to use, and I do many things with CitibankKR. Almost other korean banking apps are needed additional things to use them, but Citibank app is simple.

I think it's the most helpful banking app in Korea. Most of all of the banking apps need the another apps, such as authenticator, for sending money, but it's not need the one.

I could access my card data with this mobile app. also access with finger is easy to check my expend. so cool!!

I had used few banking apps before. However, the Citi bank app is the most comfortable and intuitive banking app. The face recognition is upgraded way better.

The most easy-to-use yet comprehensive bank app ever. I've been recommending this mobile app to every Citi customer I know. It really makes your life easier.

Face ID is already available and very fast identification recognition as well. Easy to check my money come and out and also transfer it efficiently! Snapshot is also amazing!

The previous version also had a nice and smooth functions, however, the total design and UI was quite a horror. It's much better now and I have no complain with anything.
