Movo I download app from google when open app comes on then try log in further app crashes or shuts off why? I have android celllg LMQ38 stylo 6 give tried reload app 2 times still shuts off when try login

How to fix MOVO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MOVO app on iPhone
Update MOVO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MOVO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MOVO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MOVO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MOVO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MOVO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MOVO App
1. On android, goto Settings » MOVO » click [Force Stop]

Update MOVO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MOVO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MOVO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MOVO.

Fix MOVO unable to contact server/ MOVO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MOVO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MOVO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MOVO
