I cannot login bcuz of buffering.
The previous email I used for the mycompass app, no longer exist, how can I add my new email to the app?
The app keeps saying it's under maintenance try again-but it's been that way for over a week and half now.
Trying to use my LIHEAP registration number (from postcard) for early registration (before November). After I enter my social security number and the registration number I click "Sign In" and then get a message: "The system is currently unavailable, please try again later." The Compass PA website has been telling me this for the last 3 weeks. Beyond frustrated. Am I going to freeze to death this winter until the system becomes "available" ???
I can log into my compass app I click on my documents and it just loads and loads and loads it doesn't load them at all
There is no submit option for my sar renewal. Everything looks good. Check marks next to everything but when I go into review and submit there is only review. Yes I scrolled up all the way lol. It's just not there.
The app opens fine, I'm able to upload documents fine but I'm unable to submit a completed semi-annual reporting (SAR) form. For two days now I've been trying to submit it but every time I receive a message with a red back ground stating "We are unable to submit your SAR at this time. please try again later". I don't know if this is an error with the app or if it's because I'm submitting the SAR late due to no fault of my own. The app shows a message when first opened that my SAR is late, partially completed and to submit it so its making it seem like I should still be able to submit it even though it's late which makes me think it's the app not working that's the problem. It was due August 23, 2023 but the notice and form were only just delivered by USPS to my home yesterday, August 25, 2023 which I have proof of. I'm signed up for informed delivery through USPS and they send emails daily showing photos of all paper mail that will be delivered that day. The email received yesterday from them clearly shows a photo of the envelope containing the SAR scheduled for delivery that same day (August 25th). I was able to upload screenshots of my email and the informed delivery section of the USPS website to the compass app yesterday but still can't submit the SAR. I'm getting super frustrated that this may now potentially affect my benefits yet the whole reason this is happening is because the assistance office either sent the SAR out late (they claim it was mailed out August 11th) or USPS screwed around causing it to be delivered late plus the apps not working right. Highly irritating.

A message says app not working at this time
I have been granted early access to apply for LiHEAP. I followed the prompts on the app and after pressing the get started button it just circles and goes nowhere.
The app no longer shows my EBT balance. It just a white screen where it used to be and will not load. My notifications also do not disappear once reading them. This has all been occurring since I was prompted that I needed to update the app weeks ago
