As teh other two already wrote: the app is unable to start. It crashes right after starting the app. iOS 16 RC, (20A362) Mobile Authenticator v4.28.5 (removed and reInstalled) iPhone XR, 64GB

How to fix OneSpan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OneSpan app on iPhone
Update OneSpan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OneSpan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OneSpan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OneSpan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OneSpan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OneSpan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OneSpan App
1. On android, goto Settings » OneSpan » click [Force Stop]

Update OneSpan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OneSpan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OneSpan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OneSpan.

Fix OneSpan unable to contact server/ OneSpan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OneSpan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OneSpan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OneSpan
